Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Tuesday, April 09, 2024

The View" co-host Sunny Hostin blamed Monday's solar eclipse, Friday's earthquake and the expected cicada breeding season on "climate change." "All those things together would maybe lead one to believe that either climate change exists or something is really going on," she said Monday.

I'd say the "either-or" statement the host uttered is less than cogent.

OK, so it is a scripted entertainment show.

This is how much of a cult climate change has become.

I read somewhere too, someone tried to tie the east coast earthquake to climate change.

The thing is there maybe some truth to it climate change. But this over reaction to any weather, global event is really not helping keep us have a rational discussion.

At least Liberals don't elect stupid TV hosts to important government positions. That would be disastrous.

"Fox News alert! A rare celestial event collides with a policy failure on the ground. The southern border is directly in the path of totality today when the moon covers the sun," host Dana Perino said during Monday's broadcast of America's Newsroom. Co-host Bill Hemmer chimed in, adding, "We're told officials are bracing for higher traffic than usual. That means a real opportunity for smugglers and cartels and migrants to come right in."

It might have been that.

Sometimes (OK, quite often) (OK, OK, nearly all the time) Fox News seems to be so absurd, one has to take a step back and wonder... is it intentional?

Is Fox News the means the extreme right is using to show just how bad they assert media is?

Berliner bolsters his argument by criticizing NPR's coverage of the Trump campaign's alleged coordination with Russian intelligence officers and the dismissal of the Hunter Biden laptop story,

So, the NPR critic, lays claims of liberal bias by claiming that reporting on Trump campaign's PROVEN coordination with Russian intelligence, and the Hunter Biden Laptop story-that FoxNews, Oan, Newsmax and every other rightwing propaganda entity dismissed as well.

IoW this article is trash.

Which I posted-his examples were -------- russian collusion and the Hunter Biden Laptop story and NPR reconsidering how they portrayed racial stories after the George Floyd protest.

That's it, a reality based news outlet with a liberal slant, that's it

There is NOTHING comparable to 24 hours a day for years on end republican LIES and DISTORTIONS and PROPAGANDA, which have been adjudicated as false.

Yeah, but to Republicans that false equality is, by definition, The Same Thing.

Such a distorted view of reality is all the Republicans have.

An apparent belief in things that do not exist.

Is it no surprise that Evangelicals now appear to preach Republican propaganda from the Pulpit?

Every afternoon at 5:00, he flies overhead and attempts to hit the dump with a single hand-thrown bomb. The pilot, nicknamed "5 O'Clock Charlie," has been so reliably unsuccessful that the denizens of the 4077th have begun a daily betting pool based on how far away from the target his bomb will land. ...
