Jack Smith Urges SCOTUS to Reject Claim of Immunity

Special counsel Jack Smith urged the Supreme Court on Monday to reject Donald Trump's claims of sweeping immunity and to deny the former president any opportunity to delay a trial on charges that he attempted to subvert the results of the 2020 election.

If the Court upholds Trump's claim then Biden can may as well just send the conservative members of the Court along with Trump to Guantanamo Bay. Not like they can do anything about it if they give him immunity.

SCOTUS is not concerned with Jack Smith's timeline. It does not align with their intentions to prevent a second Biden term.

Of course they are. To liberals, the only people in America who deserve immunity are illegal immigrants who commit crimes. Why can't cons get this through their head? I mean, Liberals have provided ample, undeniable proof of this so many times in the last few years that we have to conclude that Cons are actively trying to reject that mentality.
