Excess large donor and small donor contributions will be spent on legal bills instead of funding a campaign.

80%+ of Trump voters make less than $50k a year. To continue to ask them for donations that will realistically have nothing to do with reelecting Trump makes him the biggest grifter in American history and his donors the largest group of rubes in American history. Little the masses donate will go towards lawyers and Donald J Trump's pockets.

All you poor people keep giving this poor, pitiful rich man money. Use your Social Security dollars until the GOP gets rid of that.

If you are thinking of donating to Trump then just cut out the middle man and send a check to the state of New York

Might this have tax implications for fmr Pres Trump, i.e., using campaign donations as personal income to fund legal personal legal costs.

It may not matter at this point if cares or not.

It does matter if, say, the IRS cares.

Remember Trump wouldn't have any "legal bills" if not for the Democrats weaponization of the legal system to file a bunch of bogus lawsuits that have no evidence and are just part of their grand conspiracy to "get Trump" simply because he won in 2016. Trump is going to win in November, he's already made billions from his truth social venture. Try as they might there's not a ------- thing they can do to stop this guy

Not a single shred of proof was ever provided by that dizzy bitch. She can't even tell you what year she was allegedly assaulted, and neither can any of her "witness" friends, how convenient

What would Trump owe Putin if the State Bank of Russia paid Trump's bond? Or if Hungary's Victor Orban, or Saudi's MBS, or Elon Musk? Trump is a known national security risk. Anyone like Trump would never be given a pass to. Disneyland mockup of a Pentagon office, never mind real access to a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). That Trump needs so much money amplifies his risk to nationally sensitive information. If anyone helps Trump meet this obligation, what makes Trump immune to their undue influence?
