20 inches of snow predicted over the next week. Which is good since we are 40 inches down on the year.

Yeesh. Where are you? Don't forget roughly 1" of rain = 10" of snow. We had a LOT of rain this winter. I am thankful it was not snow.

Leap Year and DST are a huge part of it.

I'm putting more weight on leap year since it's a whole day and fairly rare. DST is always there.

That said, the equinox doesn't have any effect on anything other than perhaps some pagan celebrations.

Spring will continue to come earlier if patterns
