Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Donald Trump said at a rally that there would be a "bloodbath" if he lost to President Joe Biden later this year. Trump was speaking at a rally in Dayton, Ohio, where he flubbed his words several times and was accused of "glitching" on stage. In that same speech, he also said, "Now, If I don't get elected, it's gonna be a bloodbath. It's going to be a bloodbath for the country."

The actual words of Trump have been grossly twisted by RAW STORY and the author. Sue the author and the publication. Trump said if he loses that the auto industry will face a bloodbath because Biden is forcing EVs to be built when there is not much demand. That has been made obvious and can be proven. The only way to ever hold Democrats and a media that twists truth without accountability is to challenge the lies in court where accountability must be proven and is necessary.

WE NEED TO BREAK THE BACKS OF ANY AND ALL MEDIA THAT RECKLESSLY LIE TO THE PUBLIC FOR POLITICAL REASONS. ANY AND ALL SUCH UNTRUTHS CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND.

This is an actual quote if his words. No twisting was required. I don't have the whole speech and it may have been taken "out of context" but his words are clear. If you are concerned about the context then quite the entire section for us and prove it. Or STFU.

More on his speech...

... Trump also stoked fears about the influx of migrants coming into the United States at the southern border. As he did during his successful campaign in 2016, Trump used incendiary and dehumanizing language to cast many migrants as threats to US citizens.

He asserted, without evidence, that other countries were emptying their prisons of "young people" and sending them across the border. "I don't know if you call them people,' in some cases," he said. "They're not people, in my opinion."

He later referred to them as "animals."

Border officials, including some who worked in the Trump administration, have said that most migrants who cross the border are members of vulnerable families fleeing violence and poverty, and available data does not support the idea that migrants are spurring increases in crime. ...

It was a freewheeling speech, which he blamed on being unable to use the teleprompter due to strong winds. "I can't read this damn teleprompter," Trump said. "This sucker is moving. Like reading a moving flag at a 35-mph wind."

"I've always said, if you run for president, you shouldn't be allowed to use teleprompters," Trump said in October. "Because you don't even know if the guy is smart."

Fun fact about immigration I read previously today.

"The labor force in 2033 is larger by 5.2 million people, mostly because of higher net immigration. As a result of those changes in the labor force, we estimate that, from 2023 to 2034, GDP will be greater by about $7 trillion and revenues will be greater by about $1 trillion than they would have been otherwise."

How on earth can there be a "bloodbath" in the auto industry? Didn't democrats already save the auto industry once while Republicans wanted to let the sink or swim without any help? If they are in trouble agains the. Dems have already proven that they will help them more than Republicans ever would. Unless your memory is as short as Trumpy's mushroom then you world remember this.

Also I know English is your second language and your reading comprehension is that of a 6th grader but he clearly said "for the country". Not "for the auto industry".

Parties can't really do mass scale voter fraud. That kind of fraud doesn't scale.

States can racially target voters and close their polling places. States can racially target voters with Voter ID laws like North Carolina did. States can outsource scrubbing the voter rolls to an unaccountable out of state third party like Florida did in 2000.

Those are all things Republicans do.

There are no examples of Democrats doing those things.

Obsession, fanaticism, and endless credulous gullibility are the legacies Trump has bequeathed to America. And too many of us have not been able to stand up against it. "Even worse, when he says bloodbath, that means more of the weapons we saw on January 6th," she added. "It's appalling to have an ex-president, former is for someone who just left, ex is for someone who was beaten and taken out of the White House, an ex-president of the United States to say that, and follow it up with it would be the end of elections as we know them." ...

#108 | Posted by LampLighter at 2024-03-18 02:02 AM | Reply | Newsworthy 2

I really don't know what Trump means when he says "bloodbath."

If it's as dramatic and all-encompassing as it sounds, then Trump has forgotten that President Biden also knows how to incite the Insurrection Act.

I doubt if it would come to that because I think Trump is all huff and no puff ~ nothing the National Guard can't handle.

But should Trump go 100% off the rails, that's to say go completely berserk, it might be entertaining to watch the U.S. Army step in and throw a net over Trump and arrest him for Treason (the one with a capital "T."

That still carries the death penalty, doesn't it?

#109 | Posted by Twinpac at 2024-03-18 05:12 AM | Reply

This is the best I could find of the bloodbath quote:

"If you're listening, President Xi " and you and I are friends " but he understands the way I deal. Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you're building in Mexico right now ... you're going to not hire Americans and you're going to sell the cars to us, no. We're going to put a 100 percent tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you're not going to be able to sell those cars if I get elected. Now if I don't get elected, it's going to be a BLOODBATH for the whole " that's gonna be the least of it. It's going to be a bloodbath for the country. That will be the least of it. But they're not going to sell those cars. They're building massive factories."

I wonder what it would feel like to be charged with Treason, or at least Subversion and have a no-bono attorney.

It could come to that if Trump doesn't scratch up a half billion dollars for his fraud appeal in the next 8 days. Although I think he's already done that. I think that's what that meeting with Elon Musk and a few of Trump's mega-campaign contributors was all about. That, and taking control of the RNC to make sure all the money comes back to him. (Lara Trump said so. Every penny!)

Very clever but also very transparent and probably not illegal.

My theory is just a connect-the-dots theory. It might be a long time before we know the truth, if ever.

Also, Musk has a direct connection to Saudi Prince Al Waleed Talal Al Saud vis-a-vis a percentage of the purchase of Twitter. I wouldn't count that out as a back channel source of revenue for Trump through Musk.

Trump did have a hush-hush private meeting with Musk after the meeting with the other mega-donors in Palm Beach.

As I said, it's all just a connect-the-dots theory.
