Yeah, they aren't done with this guy either.

Trump invoked a last minute Executive Privilege to keep him from testifying, but that was then and he's eventually going to be either testifying to the DoJ Grand Jury or spending a lot more than 4 mos in prison.

Judge Carl Nichols was appointed by Trump in 2018.

He's not off the hook his sentence is delayed until the appeal is heard. Navarro didn't get lucky as to get a Trumper judge like Bannon got.
