Sex trafficking of children as young as 12 is more common than most of you realize. I've met dozens myself and it was the most heartbreaking part of my job. In some cases they are trafficked by their own mothers, who traded access to their daughters (or sons) for a rock of crack cocaine.

It appears that she was talking about Karla Romero , who she did meet with in a border town shortly after she took office. So that claim was true. What she left out was that the trafficking happened decades ago, in Mexico, so the story did not relate to Biden's border policies.
