Arizona GOP Advance Bill to Legalize Killing Undocumented

Arizona Republicans are advancing a bill that would allow people to legally kill someone accused of attempting to trespass or actively trespassing on their property.

I figured this day would come eventually. Executing illegals was always what some of the Trumptards wanted. Some unfortunate kids will probably be killed by mistake, and that will be called collateral damage.

So there was a fine, in not perfect, bipartisan bill to fix a lot of the problems at the border, but Trump ordered it killed. He would rather gin up the hate, to do what Farage did in the Uk, generate enough hate that the people vote to screw themselves over. In the case of the UK, it was getting out of the EU, a really dumb move. In our case, it will be to turn the borders into killing fields.

The bill still technically requires it to be self defense to kill someone.

But that's a fairly low bar. Now you can walk out to someone on your property, threaten to kill them, and shoot them claiming you were fearing for your life.

The actual law:
A. A person or his agent in lawful possession or control of premises is justified in threatening to use deadly physical force or in threatening or using physical force against another when and to the extent that a reasonable person would believe it immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the commission or attempted commission of a criminal trespass by the other person in or upon ON the premises.
B. A person may use deadly physical force under subsection A only in the defense of himself or third persons as described in sections 13-405 and 13-406.
