Johnson sounds EXACTLY like those fascists sympathizers in 1940 who proclaimed Britain could not win the war. History is not only rhyming, it is repeating itself.

'"Our policy should be focused on how do we bring Vladimir Putin to the table," Johnson said': But you've already decided how to do that---Give him everything he wants.

I don't understand how any American can tolerate the appeasement of Vladmir Putin as foreign policy. He sheer spinelessness of it disqualifies you as an American. I can't see how people like Johnson live with themselves except that they are in anticipation of some great reward----From Putin. We really need to examine these people's bank accounts, here and offshore.

Spineless Bs that they are, these Trumpers in the House have more than enough ineptitude to screw up the vote and pass it by a couple of swing district members.
If only we are so fortunate.
US President Vlad will be upset of they can't handle one little vote.

You two would sacrifice the last Palestinian before admitting you're incorrect about this war.
"Our policy should be focused on how do we bring Vladimir Putin to the table," Johnson said. "We're cutting off our nose to spite our face with some of these sanctions,"
Ukraine is losing, calling people "Putin" or a "puppet", just shows you how much denial you're in.

Snoofy's new mantra, "If we don't fight them over there, we'll be fighting them here."
Actually it is more like, "If we don't help Ukrainians fight them over there then eventually WE will be fighting them over there. "
Time to grow up and grow a pair little Naut.

How long does it take to win? Pooty's Special Operation was supposed to be over in a month. It's been over 3 years. They have been fighting since 2014.
So you wanna be a loser? Ok. I guess losers gotta lose. But why do you want to us to abandon our Allies in a time of need and humiliate America? WTF is wrong with you?

... "Our policy should be focused on how do we bring Vladimir Putin to the table," Johnson said. ...
Exactly.
And the way to do that is not by Republicans showing weakness against Pres Putin's unprovoked invasion of a sovereign country.

hahahaha!
I was marching against Nixon and the War when you were just a pimple on your daddy's butt cheek.
And voted against Reagan and all the little Bushes.
I've said there are no good guys in this war, several times here, and condemned both the initial Hamas attack and Israel's over the top response.
This is a recent thread I put up:

YOU otoh, seem more concerned about who is winning or losing than who is right or wrong in Ukraine.
Which says a lot more about you than anything you say about others.

As a matter of fact, yes.
The chant was, "Hey, Hey, LBJ. How many kids did you kill today?".

At least he had the humility not to run again after admitting his mistakes.
I hope that answers your sincere concern.

Ukraine certainly won't win with traitors like Ron Johnson in the Senate.
"If anyone emboldened Vladimir Putin and weakened Ukraine, it's Ron Johnson, who chose to spend the 4th of July in Moscow in 2018 and refused to hold President Trump accountable for withholding $400 million in military aid to Ukraine. I have some questions I'd love him to answer.

"Ukraine is losing"
For over 2 years now. For what was supposed to last one week, tops.
Yeah, that's "losing" to a Commie stooge like you.

'Putin Will Not Lose the War'
Whether Putin wins or not is beside the point. Ideally, Putin will lose and Ukraine will ally itself with the West. However, the longer Ukraine holds out, the weaker Putin becomes thereby making his attack on another sovereign state less likely. A weakened Putin may make him vulnerable to attacks from within Russia because I am sure those mothers, fathers, loved ones, etc. will not be happy to send their sons off to die in a war to satisfy Putin's desire to annex Ukraine.
On a different note, some investigative journalist should try to get a handle on why it is that so many elected republicans are members of the Putin fan club. I wouldn't be surprised to find that Putin has been funneling "dark" money to republican candidates for quite some time now and has threatened these repubs with exposure if they don't "toe the line".

.
"At issue is the extent to which the NRA was complicit in the Russian scheme to support the Trump candidacy. The known Russian contributions to the NRA during the election cycle were more than $2.5 million.
If the NRA was unaware of their part in furthering the political interests of the Russian state, the dark money funneled into the NRA coffers before 2016 should have given them pause.
The gun organization for their part gave more than $30 million to Trump which was more than triple the amount the group had contributed to Mitt Romney's campaign in 2012.
They were also on a buying spree among Republican Congress members whose votes for and against Russian adventurism would become crucial.
Russia had positioned its snake in the woodpile."

And it's still paying dividends.

The photos in the article you cite are quite damning.
As I have asked in the past when I've seen links to those photos here, just how far have Russian operatives tunneled int the Republican party?
Lately, I'd say we are starting to see an answer to that question: rather deeply.

Deport him to Russia. It'll help solve some of that "immigration issue" the right keeps crying about. Also, we'll have gotten ourselves rid of a traitor

Given the current state on of the front, Ukraine certainly won't win without NATO committing troops.
The current best case scenario is a negotiated settlement where they have to give land to Russia.
