When he is not under oath and can't be cross examined.

But I love much more watching him have to sit in a court all day.

It's very satisfying to see that he is not as above the law as he thought he was.

Relax Grasshopper. The judge has not ruled on it yet. I am willing to bet he will be fined.

And implying that our justice system is broken is exactly what Trumpy wants you to believe.

He is trying to undermine our justice system and every other democratic institution for that matter. For his own personal benefit.

It's also true that this is an unprecedented trial and it is not a "normal" trial.

It is the first criminal trial of a former President in American history.

It's also true that if you are I were sent to jail for violating a gag order (which is actually pretty rare in any case) no one riot. Or resort to violence or cause harm to others in our defense. The judge is in a very difficult and unusual position and so far I think he is handling it as well as can be expected, considering.

But I have to say that a potential $1000 fine per occurrence is not equivalent to 30 days in jail per occurrence.
