You do know that nearly 2 dozen members of the US military are currently suffering from brain damage, permanent hearing damage and PTSD from that 2020 attack, right?

Oh no? You'd didn't hear? Maybe YOU developed some hearing damage as well, but more likely you just don't receive regular updates from wounded and disabled Veterans groups like I do (not addressed of me, but to my late father, who was a disabled Vietnam vet who spent nearly 50 years of his life with PTSD, hearing loss and TBI from his time in combat).

I just hope that Israel doesn't screw up it's huge PR victory by attacking back. Unlike Iran Israel can do real damage.

Their attack will NOT be toothless like Iran's was. And it will squander the good will Arab states have shown by participating in Israel's defense.

American FBX-T DAA systems are stationed in the south Negev used to track incoming missiles in order to activate and launch ABM batteries to protect sensitive Israeli military installations such as Nevatim and Ramon air bases.

Both Nevatim and Ramon AB were hit by Iranian missiles on Saturday night.

Yeah you could focus on that minor damage (with no injuries) to a runway or you could notice that Iran launched 170 drones, 120 ballistic missiles, and 30 missiles containing over 60 tons of explosives and Arab neighbors helped defend them from 99 percent of it.

Over 60 tons of explosives depleted all they managed to do was injure and hurt a little girl.

Yeah it was a huge PR victory for Israel.

One can only hope they don't squander it.

... On Sunday, Jordan's government issued a statement describing its military action as an act of self-defense, not done for the benefit of Israel.

It said the drones and missiles "that entered our airspace last night were dealt with and confronted preventively without endangering the safety of our citizens and residential and populated areas."

It military will continue to defend Jordan against any future incursions by "any party" in defense of "the nation, its citizens, and its airspace and territory," the Jordanian government added. ...

You're claiming that thew Jews, who comprise 0.2% of the world's population and claim 0.13% of the world's land as their own, are genocidal loons while defending Islam, which is one of the greatest colonizing powers in history. Compelling people to convert upon pain of death. Making apostasy a crime to this very day, punishable by execution and imprisonment. About 20% of the world pop is Muslim and they make up the majority of the population for about the same percent of the world's land mass.

Hamas's charter, which I quoted earlier, actually brags about their genocide, past and planned.

You guys crack me up.

Nutty Yahoo.

Yup. For 14 years apparently, Netanyahu's policy was to keep Hamas in power.

October 7, 2023 was the result of that and it helps the Israeli prime minister stay in power ... just a little longer or as long as he can drag out the war. (Which is why I think he will convince his war cabinet to counter attack even more viciously).

I tend to take veterans word for it. You see, once a soldier is wounded, and he starts making the rounds trying to figure out just why in the hell he feels the way he does-- why he starts shaking uncontrollably while chopping wood or why he hears voices and mechanical buzzing sounds coming from his neighbor's chicken coop or why has these recurrent nightmares of decapitated children in bombed out, dead-end streets pointing and trying to talk to him through their open neck orifices-- he slowly finds he is effectively shunned to the company of others like him unless he continues to rah-rah the Empire or put a bullet into his skull.

I don't think they were a mile away and I do believe the troops actually there but I don't actually know any. Keep in mind they signed up for the military and SHOULD have known the risks. The fact DJT is petty and ordered the strike IMHO to deflect from his attempts to stay in power and they paid the price. You get what you vote for and Vets mostly voted DJT. It's not Dems wanting to cut support for vets. It wasn't a Dem who ordered the open assassination without congressional approval.

The participation of Jordan means that those who had hopes of a Pan Arab Unity facing off against the West, are out of luck. It means there will probably never be a Palestinian State, and that Israeli apartheid will continue until the Palestinians are as American Native Americans are, powerless to regain their lands.

[...] Israeli apartheid will continue until the Palestinians are as American Native Americans are, powerless to regain their lands. #47 | Posted by Hughmass

The Palestinians already are powerless to regain that land.

Ten million nuclear-armed Israelis aren't going anywhere. And the 7.2 million Israeli Jews are never going to place themselves at the mercies of a democracy where a Muslim-majority calls the shots. Muslims, one of the most successful colonizers in history, who have repeatedly shown that they have no qualms about genociding those with whom they disagree on spiritual matters.

From a cursory Internet search:
Surah 3:151: "We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve (all non-Muslims) ... "
Surah 2:191: "And kill them (non-Muslims) wherever you find them ... kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers (non-Muslims)."
Surah 9:5: "Then kill the disbelievers (non-Muslims) wherever you find them, capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush ... "

Given the experience Jews have had in the Muslim world, best of luck convincing them that the Muslims don't really mean it.

I was surprised about Jordan attacking those missiles. Seeing as how they belonged to the Palestinian's Iranian puppet-master, and 20% of Jordan's pop is Palestinian, with 50-60% total population of Palestinian descent.

It appears that the Jordanians really dislike Palestinians. I guess that the Palestinians fomenting civil war in a nation that offers refuge is not conducive to good relations. At least most Muslims are unified in hating Iran and the Palestinians, though. So there's that.
