Unless Trump or his company induced Habba to befriend the woman, all this smarm is on Alina.

Clearly, she can't fake smart.

"but claims she was tricked into accepting an unfair hush money agreement by Alina Habba"

I bet she did, after seeing what the judge gave that hag E.Jean Carroll for something she couldn't even remember.

"E.Jean Carroll for something she couldn't even remember."

She remembered the incident, just not the year. Is that your barometer as to whether something happened or not?

Because I had an annus horribilius some years back: Heart attack, BIL died, brother had a near-fatal crash, dog died, another hospital trip, broken toe, crud, worse crud, and a torn knee, the surgery on which occurred exactly one year after the heart attack.

I couldn't tell you the exact year unless I looked it up. Does that mean none of that happened?

Which rapist, dumbass? You realize the type of comment Johnny Hothead made is what landed ABC and Stephanopoulos in a defamation lawsuit, right?

Keep demoralizing people with your pedo accusations - this is going to catch up with you, sicko.

The one (trump) found in an actual court to be a ------- rapist.

Meanwhile, you can't prove Biden showered with his daughter, you sick freak.

#14. It was a civil case, not a criminal case, Alexandrite. He wasn't convicted of rape.

He's still a POS though.

If that is indeed Biden's daughter's diary the evidence against Biden is stronger and more specific than the evidence against Trump.

Projecting again?

It appears that it is fmr Pres Trump who wants to try his cases in the evidence-starved court of public opinion.

But do go on ...

@#19 ... And if it's not? ...

Well, the diary seems to have origins with Project Veritas.

FBI investigating Project Veritas links to Biden daughter's stolen diary (November 2021)
www.nbcnews.com

... Federal agents searched several locations belonging to current and former members of the conservative media company Project Veritas on Thursday in an investigation involving the possible theft of a diary belonging to President Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley Biden, according to a statement from the group's website and an FBI spokesperson.

An FBI spokesperson confirmed to NBC News that "court authorized law enforcement activity" took place at an address associated with Project Veritas in Mamaroneck, N.Y., and another address on E. 35th St. in Manhattan. ...

So now, my first question would be, provenance of evidence.

Were the contents of the diary tampered with?

I mean, how much can we believe what Project Veritas says?

Far-right group Project Veritas admits it had no evidence' of voter fraud in Pennsylvania (February 2024)
www.theguardian.com

... The far-right political agitator James O'Keefe and the Project Veritas organization he once led have admitted that they had "no evidence" backing up widely spread claims of voter fraud at a Pennsylvania post office during the 2020 presidential election won by Joe Biden. ...

Well, the diary seems to have origins with Project Veritas.

It didn't meet their rigid standards of journalistic ethics so they wouldn't touch it.

Someone stole the diary from a storage area and tried to sell it. The potential seller asked them to steal more items from the same storage in order to verify.

The perps transported the stolen goods across state lines, attracting the attention of the FBI and they ended up in prison after a guilty plea.

Potential seller should be potential buyer in case that wasn't obvious.

@#25

Yeah, whenever something thing is hailed as evidence, one of the first things I ask is, what is the provenance of that evidence.

In other words, who had possession of the evidence and might they have altered the evidence that they possessed?

As noted in #20, Project Veritas may not live up to its appellation.

This case could end up in Habba ending joining the growing list of Trump's disbarred lawyers. Why anyone continues to expose themselves to his criminal and unethical behavior is a real puzzle.

The sheer quantity of lawsuits filed by 91 Counts McFascist is the variable that matters. 0 for what? 70...80...kinda points to "trivially litigious," and explains why using such an example in the defense of 91 Counts is humorous. The problem being, a cult following will never be swayed by facts or reason...the best those of us, who live in reality, can hope for is that maybe he'll do something which directly affects them so badly, they'll finally admit he is what he is. Not at all likely, since people who have been conned are often unwilling to admit it to themselves or others. Shameless people can't be shamed.

The lure of power money and fame.

Read Michael Cohens book. He grapples with how and why he was sucked into Trumpy's orbit. And what he had to do to escape. It reads like a cult documentary.
