I like to think that at some point we'll be able to say that the highest wave of right-wing craziness has crested.
More than anything else, these ------ fear for their jobs. Maybe they'll realize that a race to the bottom doesn't benefit them or the nation.
And I'd like to think that America has a bottom to bounce up from. Gotta have hope.

Well, so Dandy DeSantis dropped out of the Pres race and doesn't need to be the biggest tight Az in the entire country anymore, just in FL, so he can let some of this slide.
If he wants to be reelected.

Is this the same law that JeffJ said was sorely needed in K-3, and then needed to expand to K-12, and then needed to expand to college campii?

This settlement doesn't change one single word in the text of the bill.

Right. It clarified and nullifies the most dangerous aspects of a vague and poorly written law.
"Those who challenged it said the settlement provides clarity and "effectively nullifies the most dangerous and discriminatory impacts" of the law."
