That this drunken idiot doesn't see anything wrong with flashing a gun at a group of children speaks volumes.

Republicans refuse to even pretend to have concern or interest in how their constituants feel about issues.

This chud whipped out the "Diminish, Intimidate, Deny and Dismiss" offense on these now and future voters.

Then, said Chud smugly flashed his gun, like a thug on the street does, and for the self same reason.

Thats about as 'middle finger' as a Republican Representitive can give to Free Americans petitioning their Government.

It was, and was intended to be a threat.

This voter interaction has created young lifelong Democrats who will vote a strait ticket in every election for the rest of their lives. They likely will never forget this.

Nor should they.

The fact that they weren't worried at all prior to seeing the gun proves that guns aren't the problem. I mean, a gun was around them the whole time and none of them felt scared or worried, because our minds tell us that a gun doesn't just grow legs and go shoot people so there isn't reason to worry...until you actually know one is around. That's because the person holding the gun is the concern, yet Liberals will do as little as possible to fix the root cause and instead attack the 2nd Amendment created in this country, mainly because Liberals love to take rights away and they have proven it many, many, many times in the 21st century.

You mean the psycho who flashed it at kids in a government building? You're right, he is a concern.

Perhaps the children were a little concerned about the fact that guns do accidentally go off. Usually by the "look, kids, I have a gun" type of people.

Isn't flashing a gun at someone a crime?

#8 - Indiana doesn't have a brandishing statue. he would have had to point the gun at someone for it be a crime.

"Republicans refuse to even pretend to have concern or interest in how their constituants feel about issues."

Most places that elect republicans support our 2nd Amendment rights. These kids may not like that I carry, but I'd be the first to save their butts if the situation required.

Brandishing is a crime. I don't think this was brandishing because a. never pulled from holster and b. there wasn't an element of intimidation or threat.

It was stupid, though.

The little harpy he was addressing was ugh too. "I feel threatened" so what you little snowflake. Grow up and gain some resiliency.

"b. there wasn't an element of intimidation or threat."

Not to him. In his mind, any wanna be criminals were supposed to be intimidated.

However, what actually happened is the armed elected officials was intimidated by the unarmed kids and could not engage them in an honest dialogue.

Flashing a firearm is a crime called "brandishing."

I watched the 30 seconds or so where the gun maniac fell back on probably false talking points like guns jeep us safe. Was there a part where he doesn't act and sound like a MAGA Republican?

#20 | Posted by snoofy at 2024-02-03 10:58 AM | Reply

Probably, lol make that provably. Is provably even a word?

His response to Australia not having mass shootings is Australia isn't free.

For these MAGA Republicans, being free of mass shootings isn't the hallmark of freedom.

For these MAGA Republicans, having mass shootings is the hallmark of freedom.
