I doubt if 90% of seized drugs find their way back to the street but I wouldn't be surprised with a figure of 10-50%. Cops do get away with crimes all the time. A week doesn't go by that I don't see at least 1 cop blatantly run a red light or a stop sign because they don't feel like waiting. I've almost been hit a couple times. There are constant examples of excessive force, especially here in Philly and not just the case everyone knows about from last week. In BK a few years back a off duty cop was drunk and mowed down an entire family and got off it. Shoot a dude 50 times and that's cool too. The list goes on and on and on.

Not saying all cops are bad, but there are plenty of them who think because they represent the law that they are above it.
