It may come as news to most of you that Bastrop County, Texas, is notorious for meth labs and meth addicts. It's little wonder that you find paranoid people there.
Many of the Bastrop citizens not at this meeting were likely trailing the blood spor of giant cockroaches they shot using AR-15s.
No wonder they worry about having their guns confiscated. Giant insects are a bitch.
