I was forced to attend a meeting at work, along with all of my coworkers. One of the guys let one rip right next to a secretary's desk and then laughed about it. In defense of the secretary, that guy had the absolute worst farts that you could imagine. He was primarily a meat eater and rarely ate vegetables, which I have been told is a recipe for some pretty potent flatulence.

And life gets interesting here in NJ. Our governor was on the short list, but I guess that he ain't getting the job. Now he will have to make a bid for re-election next year. He's probably going to be facing off with a very popular Republican, former US Atty. Chris Christie. He's going out now that Obama won.

I was quite outspoken against Obama for a couple of months now and was disappointed with the outcome. But as of January 20th, he is my President. My congrats to him, and also to all of my fellow Drudge Retort bloggers who supported the Obama/Biden ticket.
I would love to look back at this moment in time, perhaps a couple of years from now, and say that I was wrong about Obama.
