Inflammation is usually the beginning of most problems, so eat non-inflammatory foods...
OK, like WHAT? Blueberries and walnuts only go so far, what are the inflammatory foods, what are the anti-inflammatory foods?
What if I do not smoke, am not fat, do not have stress in my life (except when reading the drudge), eat blueberries and walnuts, use sunscreen etc... BUT I STILL GOT SKIN CANCER.
Did I get some of the 30% that is not preventable. Stop whining and tell us some useful facts.
