The extra bonus materials, picture cards, worksheets etc. are special exclusive downloads for owners of the Genki English CD Set or Superpack or Download Pack. If you don't have them yet, you can purchase these online ( either in Japan or Outside Japan ) and then sign up on the CD Owners Club Page to get your log in details. If you do have the CDs and are having problems logging in, please make sure that you input your password in lower case letters, this is the usual cause of log in problems! However your username may contain upper case letters. ( Sorry for the confusion!)
