"We don't need no stinkin gun laws!"
With the new year comes new Missouri laws for gun owners. People can now carry concealed weapons without a permit.
"In other words if you are free of that felony and if you are of a certain age in the state of Missouri then you are allowed to carry a concealed weapon on your person," said St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar.
That means gun owners don't need to pay fees or take training classes, something previously required by the state.
