Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, July 13, 2019

From The Daily Beast, journalist Vicky Ward quotes a former senior White House official, in turn quoting Acosta's response to questions about Epstein, "I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence' and to leave it alone." Well, it's a third hand quote. Suppose you held wild sex parties on your private island and invited wealthy and influential friends, ferrying some of them to the island on your personal Boeing 727 airliner. Suppose those wild sex parties included the presence, voluntary or coerced, of under aged women. That's pretty good extortion material, isn't it? Extortion was J Edgar Hoover's favorite past time. It wouldn't be the first time innocent men, women and children have been sacrificed to the false idol of "national security." Since World War Two, the United States has built itself into a "national security state" which recognizes no ethical or legal constraints.

Everyone knows, no matter what the CIA or any other deep State player does: torture; murder, administer LSD to unwitting persons or blow up a planeload of Venezuelan or Iranian passengers. There is NEVER any accountability. So this is a plausible explanation. If the original outcome persists its the only possible explanation.

I can see where Acosta would fall for that old line. He has the appearance of someone who would scare easily.

BOO!

Well he isn't IRS. It's coming you monster. There is no way you filled out that tax return right. Nobody can do that.

Hear that, Donald?

I'll go for a simpler explanation for the time being. Extortion is how Epstein directly got his money. He bought his protection through blackmail and the magic of money. Acosta, for example, has videotapes which feature him. Or very rich, unknown bank accounts.

If not CIA, then maybe another country:

It Sure Looks Like Jeffrey Epstein Was a Spy -- But Whose?

Who are the suspects then? It seems awfully coincidental that Epstein's best pal and business partner for decades has been Ghislaine Maxwell, the British socialite and daughter of the late Robert Maxwell, the media mogul who died under mysterious circumstances in 1991. Something of a Bond villain turned real life, Maxwell loved the limelight, despite being a swindler and a spy. British counterintelligence assessed that Maxwell was working for the KGB, while pervasive allegations that he was working for Mossad too are equally plausible.

Since the lines between Russian intelligence, Israeli intelligence and organized crime can get remarkably blurry in practice, as I've explained previously, assessing whom Epstein's been working for may prove difficult to answer with any precision. But we have a suspect list to start asking questions.

What's not in doubt is that a sex trafficking ring centered on minors, which involved numerous global VIPs in compromising situations, would be of high interest to quite a few intelligence services. The Epstein saga seems certain to get even more unpleasant and interesting.

Gal and Gon92 are on to something...

Alan Dershowitz: "In those days, if you didn't know Trump and you didn't know Epstein, you were a nobody."

Before he hired Alan Dershowitz, Jeffrey Epstein's attorney was Ken Starr.

Has anyone checked the flight logs of Air Lolita for Netanyahu's travels?

Epstein keeps a framed photo of Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (MBS) in his Hew York Mansion.

Have the Pizzagaters filed an amicus brief in the matter of Epstein, Acosta, Trump, Clinton & Dershowitz?

It has been a few years since I read it, and may be wishful hindsight thinking but I feel like there's a good chance Netanyahu was in the blackbook kept by Epstein's butler.

Pre-post edit:
Ah, upon google search, JE knew Netanyahu through Dershowitz, but former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak was the one listed in the 2015 blackbook leak.

Isreali intelligence seems likely. Maybe this was a strategy to make US politicians friendly to Israel.
