President Trump teed off on the news media in a bizarre Twitter rant Thursday morning ahead of a big social media summit at the White House slated for later in the day.

He is the President of the United States, with a likelihood of being re-elected.

Whoever ends up being the Democratic nominee should announce at the beginning of their campaign that they will not use Twitter as President. That alone would make them look like an adult with a petulant child as an opponent.

It's not the platform to blame it's the opportunity to make public statements without taking the time to think about what he is saying and what consequences could arise from the President of the U.S. talking without thinking.
