There's more than one way for Individual One to pardon a co-conspirator.

What are you waiting for, Deputy Fife? File charges.

Are locked in the cell with Otis again?

Put him in general lock up till he remembers things about Trump he magically forgot.

Rikers is no joke. Manafort could be on the "Rock" for months before he goes anywhere. In the meantime, he's getting his colon waxed on waxed off. In real talk, he's not safe anywhere.

Or

Maybe individual one is setting him up for a hit. Commissary for life and a move to a leisure prison is good money.

I'm sure Trump is doing this for Manafort out of the goodness of his heart.

Minimum security at a Club Fed probably isn't a good idea for Manafort. He has enemies scattered around the globe that are more dangerous than Donald Trump.

In fact, I think both of them should be worried lest one of those enemies decide that Trump and Manafort "know too much," if you get my drift.

It happens.

I would not be surprised if President Donald J. Trump holds the opinion that Manafort knows too much.

Manafort has taken his silence and coverup this far, to the point that he's probably going to die in prison. He's lost everything except his life to protect both himself and, by extension, Trump. He's a broken man ~ mentally, financially, emotionally and physically. In fact, appearance wise, he looks like he's on death doorstep.

However, as election excitment sucks up all the media oxygen closer to November, I suspect this Club Fed thing won't last any longer than it takes Barr to quietly grant Manafort an early release. In fact, this sudden change in venue makes it look like it's all been pre-arranged.

Either way, Manafort's name is toxic. His life, for what it's worth, is over. And for what? We'll probably never know.

a federal pardon won't save him from the numerous state charges he faces.
Rikers isn't set up to facilitate the kind of baggage this guy brings with him, perfectly understandable for administration to not want to deal with it.
it'd be more interesting to know where his wife and daughters are these days

Yeah, and what is their source of income? I thought the feds took everything: houses, cars, cash, etc.

That's what's wrong with you liberals today. Wishing the most harm on someone and their family.

You people really are scum.

Yes, wondering if they got a pay out for support in exchange for Manafort staying quiet is SO wrong...

Does anyone remember the phrase "equal justice under the law??
Manafort should be treated exactly the same as any other American accused of the crimes he is accused of. This creep assisted Yanokovitch in Ukraine, who had murdered over 100 people the day before he fled the country only to pop up a few days later in Russia. Regardless of any outcome of any court, no one can make a resomable case that Manafort is not a piece of crap.

Obama killed thousands by cowardly drone strikes.

He fled to a mansion in DC. He even appears on TV.

I don't see you ranting over his murders.

Put him in the Essex County Jail. About the same as Rikers, but without the reputation...

Trump is currently supporting the Saudis in killing thousands in Yemen. Vetoed a bill to end the support. Looking forward to your rant.

Trump is a jackass, the Saudi's are murderous thugs, and Yemen is human catastrophe.

Trump, by extension of arms sales, is complicit in the murder of Yemenis.

Obama is not innocent either. In fact, I hold him to an even higher standard because he's educated, whereas Trump is an ignoramus.

What in the hell is your problem? Individual citizens cannot do anything. But, vote the bastards (in the Senate)out. Even voting doesn't seem to do much of anything these days. Especially for President. Our elections system has been compromised. Therefore it is completely unreliable. I hope Nancy wakes up before it is too late.

hey dummy, wake up!

Obama is no longer President.

I miss him too, but, focus bro... focus.
