The state should force them to get married.

Keep the family together.

The average incel doesn't need to worry about these things. They simply want to hurt everyone as much as possible.

this creeps me out. i'm old and don't have much to lose, i'm sincerely glad i don't know who this man is and that i don't live reasonably close. 'cause i'd be inclined to solve that problem

Each day I wake up and read articles like this, I wonder wtf happened to America? I'll tell ya the truth, I'm about right there on the fine line of giving up. There was a bruhaha where this nursing home in West ----------, New York, where the admin began accepting old sex predators -- the nursing home is less than 1000ft from three schools. Even The NY POST picked it up. Then, just like that, everyone dropped it. The nursing home said they moved the convict another 500 ft to a room on the other side of the nursing home to comply with Megan's Law.

Why shouldn't a rapist get to witness the miracle he helped G-d create?

Anyone???

This mother and child would get more help and sympathy if the kid 'fell down a well'. Just sayin'...

"Jessica says she was continually raped years ago by her uncle, her mother's half-brother. Despite the evidence, including a DNA test, he was never convicted."

WTF did this happen Alabama or Pakistan?

The American Taliban isn't going to stone her for being so promiscuous?

Good suggestion, Derek. She was probably parading around like a harlot infidel with her ankles exposed for all to see. This is why Mother makes me stay with her on the weekends. She knows that trollop overload can cause a naughty.

She got raped so she probably asked for and deserves to be tortured the rest of her life for it.

Am I right all you Pro-Fetusers?

$ 0.02 will take care of that "problem".

The forced birth crowd is waaaay too silent over this.

What is it they need to say? This is what they want.

"have forced her to face the man she says raped her again and again."

Well then, what's one more, ----?

I didn't know Helium is a forced birther, but I suppose it's par for the "the Democrats left me" course these days.

The Judge should be disbarred. Pieces of filth like that should not get to be judges.

I mean if a serial rapist can sit on the highest court in the country, why shouldn't a once rapist get visitation rights?

#21 | Posted by IndianaJones at 2019-06-19 12:16 PM | Reply

Of course the "right to lifers" have nothing to say; it is going just as they wish.

"Of course the "right to lifers" have nothing to say; it is going just as they wish."

Normally they crow and try to rub liberals faces in it.
Why is that not happening?
This is clearly hurting someone who needs to be hurt, is it not?

There would be no white people without forced birth.

Blacks! even worse.

This atrocious demand is rooted in the Clinton policy which provides matching dollars to local child support agencies run by attorneys. The Court wants want this guy's matching child support. The Court couldn't care less about the impact on the innocent women, whose life has been changed irrevocably.

Its a toss up whether Alabama or Mississippi have the worst economies and governments in the country.

Maybe her family should invite him in, then blow his head off. This is Alabama, they are notorious for jury nullification.

#25 | Posted by bayviking, Don't forget Arkansas, which actually lost ground in economics and education while Clinton ran the state.
