The Toronto Raptors are NBA champions for the first time, defeating the Golden State Warriors 114-110 in Game 6 to win the series and deny the Warriors a third straight championship. This game was the 2,070th and last at Oracle for the Warriors, who move from Oakland to San Francisco next season.

Congratulations to Kawai!!!!

Aztecs for life! BOth HE and ME!

And congrats to the rest of the Raptors organization.

Could care less about the canucks, especially those cheering KD's injury.

That game was so close the whole time.

The end though! I couldn't figure out all the rules being broken. It made for a nail biting few minutes.

Key Learnings:

1.) Cousins is a cancer
2.) KD was the real leader of the team. With him gone next year, GS' dominance is over.

Key Learning:

Kawai Leonard was the only big timer on a team that beat a team that went to the finals 5 times in a row and included HOFs Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Trevon Green, Klay Tohmpson, and Steve Kerr.

Props to Fred Van Fleet though. Holy ---- did that little guy come through.

Dubs will be back in it next year .. Kerr is the best of the best...

--Kerr is the best of the best..

Love the fact that lefty loud-mouth Kerr isn't going to be able to virtue signal and decline a visit to the White House. Hahahaha. Maybe next year, Stevie boy. Or without Durant, maybe never again.

Not a basketball fan.

On an unrelated subject .... does Canada even have any black folks?

Not really, 3.3% of Canada is Black, 1.6% of Canada is Latino. Only one player on the Raptors is Canadian, Chris Boucher, who was born in St. Lucia, emigrated to Montreal and became a citizen as a child but played High School and College basketball in the US.

Congrats to the Raptors. I wish somebody on the Warriors would slap that punk Drake, or Drapery or what it's name is for mouthing off while on the damn court. Is there no rules to keep it off the boards? Sad to see the Warriors move back to San Francisco and now only those rich yuppies, tech nerds and other assorted band wagoners will get to see them with the over priced tickets. BS. After over 50 years of being a fan, it is hard to see them get swallowed up like my Niners did by all this fat cash in Silly Con Valley. And the RAptors would never had won if Klay much less KD had not gotten hurt.

The NBA should rename itself to the International Basketball Association. The World Series is a misnomer.

Oh please, I don't care what a coach or actor says about politics, why do we consider them experts in fields they aren't.

Sad to see the Warriors move back to San Francisco

Its where they belong, right next to my Marina so I have great parking for their games, rather than taking B.A.R.T.
