President Donald Trump is bragging about a new deal with Mexico that provides for "large" sales of U.S. farm goods, but it doesn't appear to exist.

No.

This is back-handed evidence Donald Knows that he walked away from Mexico with nothing.

Mexico ag: ""Everything that was negotiated was in the joint statement," said a Mexican official familiar with the discussions who was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity."

It's quite funny how many anonymous sources sprang up once Liberals started amping up their attacks on Trump. Sorry, but an anonymous source is not a fact check.

Drugs: "Trump is inflating the death toll from drug overdoses"

So far it's 0 for fact checking and 1 for objectivity and logic.

He never said overdoses. He said from drugs. Which, anyone who has an ounce of objectivity knows when politicians talk about drugs, they are talking about the entire environment such as violent deaths related to drugs, shooting, etc.

That's 0 for fact checking and 2 for objectivity and logic.

PR aid: ""Puerto Rico should love President Trump. Without me, they would have been shut out!" "

This isn't something you can fact check, but I'll give it to fact checking because it's such an absurd statement. So that means 1 for fact checking, 2 for objectivity and logic.

NATO: "It's not true that the U.S. was paying "close to 100%" of the price of protecting Europe."

Can't argue with that. They provide the numbers which disprove Trump.

That's 2 for fact checking and 2 for objectivity and logic.

Climate change: "Trump is once again conflating weather and climate, suggesting that global warming can't be happening if it gets cold outside. "

Trump never said anything about climate. He answered with an ambiguous statement made to avoid the question. He didn't make a false statement. In fact, his statement is very true...there is a change in weather and it does go both ways. It's not an answer to the question, which objective people understand extremely easy. But this is a fact checking article, so they should leave it to fact checking and not biased spin.

That's 2 for fact checking and 3 for objectivity and logic.

I could go on but, as you see, an article claiming to be fact checking is, in fact, not. They are "Partisan checking" to make sure everyone knows that they disagree with Trump and will do everything they can to make him look bad. Nothing new there. Been happening to both party's since the country was founded. The only really sad part is so many people actually believe this kind of nonsense in an article like this because they have no objectivity or logic.

Oh, before anyone thinks they are smart, I'm not saying the article is wrong. They could very well be right in all aspects. But, with how everything is written, they do not actually prove much of what they are trying to prove. They just use partisan hate to make Trump look bad in the guise of "truth", which is something America has always had a problem with.

to make Trump look bad

#7 | Posted by humtake at 2019-06-10 12:03 PMFlag: (Choose)FunnyNewsworthyOffensiveAbusive

If the man doesn't want to look bad, he shouldn't lie this way.

A seeming paradox, Trump lied on this subject because he wanted to look good.

People with some sincere value for the truth don't support Donald Trump. No way they could.

Where to begin with your nonsense....

1. Mexico Ag Deal
The deal contains no mention of an Ag agreement. You ignore that Mexican officials also denied it. Mexico's own ambassador to the US did not say such a deal existed when asked directly. And the White House has produced no evidence of such a deal. Stop covering for the President's lies.

2. "Trump is inflating the death toll from drug overdoses"
You can pretend Trump meant something other than drug overdoses but its hard to see it that way from how he says it. That said, you ignore that he blames Mexico entirely for it. And he insists Mexico is sending it here. Those are frankly lies.

3. Puerto Rico would have been shut out of aid without Trump.
Seriously? How is that not able to be fact checked? Trump did nothing to push Congress to provide aid to PR. Congress was doing it on its own and the White House was attempting to prevent it.

4. Climate change: "Trump is once again conflating weather and climate, suggesting that global warming can't be happening if it gets cold outside. "
No, you can't pretend Trump is technically correct. He was asked SPECIFICALLY about climate change and he talked about Weather changing back and forth. If you asked me about what teams have a good chance at the Super Bowl this year and I said, "I think the Yankees will be hard to beat." You'd have a field day with my answer. So no, this doesn't cut it.

Sorry, your defense of the president is one of the most pathetic I've seen on here.

They are "Partisan checking"

Give me a break. Trump lies 10,000 times and it's "oh boys will be boys!" It's just "locker room talk!" Humpy's lies don't mean nothing!

Dems pointing out the obvious and out come the Deplorable knives to hack at the Angry Dems.

Sorry, but an anonymous source is not a fact check.

neither is Fixed Snooze.

So turn off the agitator channel and out and get some air.

Your brain is rotting.

They just use partisan hate to make Trump look bad in the guise of "truth"

Considering that there is a high-percentage chance that whatever the Orange Menace says is a lie, it is probably less "trying to make him look bad," and more, "trying to navigate the gaslighting by painting a more accurate picture." If he didn't lie about everything, fact-checking would be a lot easier. Applying objectivity and logic is pointless when referring to the man and his Administration, and by extension, the entire Republican Party.

Because the liar, cheater and fraud was looking pretty good before this article.

Kind of like Mexico promised nothing more than they already promised and the tariffs vaporized over the new agreement. So in effect there was no new agreement other than possibly in name - if that. The reason they vaporized was Mexico wasn't budging because they knew he had no support at home. Even the GOP Senate was against him and said as much in a meeting with him. He had to find a way to save face though...

Other than cutting taxes for billionaires and appointing a couple of ideologues to the SC, has this numbskull accomplished anything?

The remainder of his "achievements" consist largely of him making wild threats/policy moved, the babysitters in his administration finding some way to rescind what he did/said, followed by him declaring "victory" because we managed to avoid the crisis he created in the first place.

Agreeing or disagreeing with someone does not make someone "look bad" or good.

Trump makes himself look bad by lying when he does not need to lie.

Humpy is the King of the Ten Thousand Lies.

Trump lying is what makes trump look bad. You're whining that you're tired of people calling him out on it.

#17 | Posted by SpeakSoftly China is the biggest polluter on the planet at this time, and they were not held to any restrictions or goals what so ever under the Paris Accords. The climate change alarmist have been coming up short on facts and predictive data for 20 years now. Maybe we should start questioning some of these assumptions and theories. I do note that the Chinese were all in on the Paris Accords on Climate Change, as long as it did not cost them anything and they could do as they wished.

trump's "deals" are like when you're on a website and you have to put the item in your cart and then post all your info and proceed to checkout before you get to see the fantastic deal you've been given
