An Ohio jury has ordered Oberlin College to pay $11 million to a bakery which said it was libeled and wrongfully accused of racially profiling students.

Sounds like they had their day a just verdict came out of it. However I don't know the history prior to that point so I can't say for sure.

Hard to say if there was or was not a racial agenda but being underage attempting to buy wine at a bakery? Bad move to begin with but trying to do it in a rural Ohio town while black?

Just? That bakery probably hasn't lost anywhere near $11,000,000 in business due this situation. That verdict was simply a slap from snowflakes who like to pretend they are victims. It will get appealed and overturned.

that bakery has been in business there...since 1885. I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't had a bit of history between them and the college give the social changes that have occurred in the last 135 years.
they can probably get the amount knocked down but i think the college is going to have to up some cash
