Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

Since Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's return in late winter from cancer surgery and broken ribs , she has regularly accepted Justice Clarence Thomas' extended hand to help her down the three steps behind the Supreme Court bench when the gavel falls and court ends for the day.

I meant that to be "RBG" in the title.

We really need an "edit" feature, RCADE.

Yes, it is wonderful to see intelligent people not being totally absorbed by political party ideology.

This isn't surprising.

RGB and Scalia were close friends.

Thomas is a very amiable person and he goes out of his way to make new clerks for the other justices feel welcomed in the court.

Thomas and Breyer like to pass little notes back and forth to each other during hearings.

These folks are at the top of their field. They are quasi-royalty in the law field, including lifetime appointments. Makes some sense that they would be friendly as peers.

The movie "On The Basis Of Sex" about RBG was a good movie.

I CANNOT STAND Ruth Ginsburg.
She distorts facts in cases, such as Masterpiece Cakeshop, towards her own purposes.

But the thought that the SCOTUS is blatantly partisan and that there are "Republican judges" and "Democrat judges" really doesn't have anything close to a perfect record.

It's much more complicated than that, and they all work at a higher level of principle. Even antichrist supreme, RBG.

RBG the film was great. So great that I think Pravda made it.
It was the biggest piece of propaganda I've seen since the communists lost.

It was almost completely inspirational.
The only retraction: 20 seconds of a murderous quote about how necessary it is to murder babies in the womb so women can be equal.

But they passed it over quickly.

They "combine"?

Must. Resist. BBC. Jokes.

RBG and Thomas have similar taste in movies.

Combine? Maybe it's Thomas who thinks so. After all, he does love sexually harassing colleagues.

The word "combine" begs the question what was Boaz thinking?

Each one gets a can of Coke.
