No such thing as executive privilege.

The only power stated directly to the president is the secrecy clause, and that is limited to military action, to his authority as commander in chief.

That power is also extended to the law making branch, congress, with regard to , again, military action, as Congress has the power of oversight and Congresses has the power of investigation.

It is not granted to the judicial branch SCOTUS. Their obligation is to ensure that that authority is being used properly by the other 2 branches.

#1 that it does not undermine the safety, security and sovereignty of the nation.

#2- That it is not being used to harm or otherwise undermine the lawful rights and privileges of the people.

#3 That it is not being used subvert the lawful rights and privileges of the people to others whom have no right of representation under the Constitution.

There have been clear and compelling failures to #1 , #2 and #3 over the last 177 years.

The Mueller reports proves me so innocent that I am not going to let you see it.
