Team Trump's bellicose tweets and public statements in the last few days could expose the president to fresh charges of witness intimidation and obstruction of justice.

I always love the headlines where Trump "might" get into trouble, or "could" get into trouble, or will "maybe" face harsh penalties. You know, like where the Mueller Report release "could" spell the end for him, or 'unnamed sources' "could" get him impeached, or his firing of ------- Comey could "maybe" cause him to be charged. Two and a half years of this crap. "Maybe" the Democrats and their dead-ender supporters "could" come up with a new storyline, so people "might" start listening to them again. I doubt it, though. We've gone deaf to the whining and the straw grasping.

In the absence of Trump shooting someone on Fifth Avenue the Senate will not convict him. Hell, GOP Senators might even hold his coat, and as long as he doesn't shoot a senators dog (spouses and children being fair game) he may not be convicted...

What a joke.

Republicans in the Senate haven't lifted a finger against Trump to date, but THIS will be different?

GTFOH.

Translation: Trump can break whatever law he wants, Spork and Senate Republicans don't care.

@#4 ... Republicans in the Senate haven't lifted a finger against Trump to date, but THIS will be different? ...

Pres Trump and his Republican Party are putting their own narrow self-interests over and above the national security of the Country.

Let me say that again...

Pres Trump and his Republican Party are putting their own narrow self-interests over and above the national security of the Country.

Think about it.

Isn't directing subordinates to ignore congressional subpoena an "obstruction of justice"?
