Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Thursday, April 25, 2019

William Barr said in a 1998 interview that he was "disturbed" that Attorney General Janet Reno had not defended independent counsel Ken Starr from "spin control," "hatchet jobs" and "ad hominem attacks." Two decades later, Barr is now attorney general himself -- and defending another president who has repeatedly blasted a special counsel's investigation of his activities. Barr stayed silent as President Donald Trump railed against special counsel Robert Mueller's "witch hunt." And as Barr released a redacted version of Mueller's report last week, the attorney general offered the best possible portrayal of the unflattering findings about his boss.

Barr is a partisan tool and yes-man. In related news, water is wet.

"unflattering" LOL

No Collusion, No Obstruction

Big Win.

That's why you are whining.

When I read AG Barr's summary back in March (seems like years ago...) I was perturbed, but willing to wait until the report was released before I formed an opinion.

When I saw AG Barr's testimony before Congress (and his deflection about "landing an airplane") I started to form an opinion, but I was willing to wait until the report was release before I let the opinion gel.

I'm not finished reading the report, but I have formed a fairly solid opinion at this point. AG Barr is what Pres Trump wanted in an Attorney General.

Pres Trump wanted a personal lawyer, and not a lawyer for the People of the United States. That is exactly what he got.

Mr Barr penned a letter, effectively checking Pres Trump for polyps. Pres Trump enjoyed the examination and nominated Mr Barr for Attorney General.

Now, any enforcement that requires the DoJ to follow through will have to go through AG Barr, someone who appears to put loyalty to Pres Trump above his sworn loyalty to the Constitution.

@#2 ... No Collusion, No Obstruction...

Looks like you misread the report, if you read it at all.

The hatchet job was on Bill and Hillary. Republicans are ruthless.

Please cite your source for "no obstruction".

And since we're on day 4 of you running from this question I'll give you another shot at it:

Is trump lying when he said the russians didn't interfere with the election? Or is the entire mueller report wrong?

AG Wm.Barr is going to go after the coup perpetrators. I can see it in his body language and hear it in his answers to the presses' questions. He has to show America has only one just system for all. President Trump is telegraphing what's to come. Using words like coup, traitors, criminals etc. In interviews, on twitter etc.
These Marxists are running scared.

You are in a cult. Trump found out the russians were interferring in our election and he didn't report it to the authorities. Instead he tried to benefit from their crime. This is the crook you fake patriots now worship.
