Frankly, knowing the Nutty Ninth as well as I do, I was shocked that a three Judge panel agreed to temporarily remove the injunction that Judge Seeborg predictably issued halting the return policy.

The respondents have until Tuesday night to file papers arguing that the injunction should be restored, since the standard on appeal here is "de novo" (which means that the Appellate Court sits in lieu of the lower court) these types of orders usually foreshadow the Court's initial thinking.

Be careful of the New York Post; they're as trustworthy as Fox News.

Also, overheard on a date, "Don't eat anchovies, please. I don't want to feel like I am giving oral sex to another woman."

Remember guys, eat fish on a date, smell like vagina. Not cool.

Pretty much, since 1995 they have been the most reversed circuit, including an astounding 1-28 in 1996, 2-20 in 2009 4-17 in 2012 and 2-16 in 2018.

And what is waiting for them in Mexico besides the constant reminders about returning to the US.

Which Mexico are they talking about?

9th Circuit has been owned for a long time. Feinstein considers it her greatest accomplishment. Which is why she is so pissed about the "blue-chit" thing (that Trump said she doesn't get anymore say than any other Senator) about who is nominated or who is confirmed.

Here is the law about asylum, asylum seekers MUST apply at the first country they arrive at. These guys didn't. They aren't refugees, they are just looking for a better paying job.

How about thinking about ways to make the country they are running from better?

"How about thinking about ways to make the country they are running from better?"

Sure, when they get a chance to stop dodging bullets from criminals deported from the U$A prison system or supported by US corporations who import illegal weapons into their country so as to keep people living in terror and working for cheap for those corporations and their henchmen they employ in Central America. Maybe then they can save a few extra pesos buy not eating to change the world they live in. Unless, of course the U$A decides to place another dictator into their president's office or have another war for profit in their country. It is all so easy to fix when you are some arm chair warrior for the right that only has band aide fixes for the right wing problem of having brown people coming into 'their' white country.
