Kardashian said her first year of the apprenticeship involved studying three subjects: criminal law, torts and contracts.

"To me, torts is the most confusing, contracts the most boring, and crime law I can do in my sleep. Took my first test, I got a 100. Super easy for me," she told Vogue. "The reading is what really gets me. It's so time-consuming. The concepts I grasp in two seconds."

Kardashian has some powerful legal DNA.

Her late father, Robert Kardashian, was a prominent Los Angeles lawyer who was part of the legal team representing football star OJ Simpson in his 1995 trial and acquittal for double murder.

She has great potential, following in her daddy's footsteps, to win every argument, by making them in the nude.

Someday a republican will learn how to be a representative too.

Didn't she break the internet? I'm sure there's a law against that.

Good for her, but going the "non-formal" apprenticeship route ("distance learning") is probably the worst way to learn enough to pass the California Bar exam, which had a 40% passage rate in 2018 but only a 12% passage rate for distance learning students.

She has a chance to be a great lawyer. After all, a good lawyer only knows the law, but a great lawyer knows the judge.

True, but her father dedicated his life to law and its study. Kim has not, clearly.

I'll give her the genes aspect, but she's starting REALLY late to have any chance at being an effective lawyer for anyone. And I imagine that's what she's aiming for otherwise why would you bother being locked up in some legal office doing research for prominent lawyers who have honed their craft over decades?

That's interesting. She must have some of those legit smart genes to be thinking she's got any chance. But is passing the bar the goal?

Can't wait to see the presentation for her first rebuttal.

Woman betters herself. Men want to see her fail.

So shocked.

Having her name on a case would bring zing many opponents have no response to. My guess is she will advocate and be effective while leaving the heavy lifting to her associates. Good for her.
