Trump could make himself the first President in decades to leave the office with less power than it had when he entered. "You have to look at everything through the prism of his narcissism," Conway told me.

I'm sure he hopes so.

I'm afraid Susan Glasser got it backwards. Wall Street very deliberately transformed American workers into just more Banana Republic citizens with no say in government. Many of those citizens were then fooled by Trump while grasping at straws in the dark.

It's obama's fbi, doj, and cia [not worthy of capitals] which were Banana Republic like in their actions [and inactions].

Sure, Obama ordered the FBI to open a nothing-burger investigation about emails to cost Clinton the election and elect Trump [/snark off]

And it was Obama who told the FBI to leak to Giuliani that they found more of Hillary's emails right before the election.

Republicans always gotta play the victim.

And lie if the facts don't support their narrative.

No worries TT(short for "Tokyo ------").

We are still here and stronger than ever. And we have not given up on you.

California will keep a light on for you so someday you can find your way out of the darkness(when you decide you have had enough)..

You forgot the other "enemy of the People. The Free Press.

How many American institutions are you Deplorables planning on trying to undermine and destroy if they disagree with Humpy the Great Liar(who doesn't deserve the respect of his office or of his country) anyway?

Anti-American MSGT and his political party are the biggest snowflakes.

Trump does idiotic things and these momgrels run in circles to explain why the fee fees tastes so good.

"Why was the United States acting so long after other countries had ordered the planes out of the sky, following a deadly crash in Ethiopia? Is this really how America's air-safety decisions are supposed to be made?"

I mean, journalists aren't even trying to hide their bias anymore. Those are fair questions. Unfortunately, they are used in an unfair context. Everyone knows EXACTLY why they waited to act. Unless Dems are now saying they want to act before thinking, which I know is a very bad trend we have gotten into lately. Had Trump or anyone else acted immediately, the party they don't belong to would have been up in arms about why was the decision made and many media outlets would have come out with articles about how bad it impacted a few people and given us sob stories about them. A freaking teenager can understand this.

The rest of the article is immediately crap once that turd of a statement is made at the beginning.

How money and influence flows between the US government and Boeing

[snip] The FAA's inaction came as US president Donald Trump got a personal reassurance March 12 from Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg that plane was safe, one of multiple conversations between the two in recent days...

Yep.

Everyone knows EXACTLY why they waited to act.

There's no cure for this level of stupid.

The Dems would have used grounding of planes involved in TWO crashes against Trump? LOVE to hear how they would have done that.

We are still here and stronger than ever.

No, we are at our weakest ever. We have a Russian mole for a president and we are trying to surrender to the taliban after wasting 6 trillion dollars on the War on Terror.

Yes we are still here... we will ALWAYS be here.

But never again as No1.

we have not given up on you.

But I HAVE given up on YOU.

There is no coming back from this.

I served my country for 21 years in the Air Force and wife 20 years [also in the Air Force] and our son is currently an Army JAG, rank of Major. BUT, I am anti-socialist liberal, and their view of what they want to do to this nation - so does that count as anti-American in your small mind?
