Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

On the stand, [Stone] abandoned his typical combativeness, repeatedly apologizing to the judge for what he called an inexcusable, egregious error of judgment. "I am kicking myself over my own stupidity," he said. "Forgive me the trespass." He said he was suffering from extreme emotional and financial stress. His savings were exhausted, he said, and his business as a public commentator and consultant, which once earned him $47,000 a month, had dwindled badly.

"I am having trouble putting food on the table and paying the rent," he said.

Womp Womp, Rog. Perhaps you can subsist on the McDonald's crumbs buried in the-------------------'s FUPA.

Stone needn't go hungry. He can show up at the WH any day between 5 am - 2 pm when Trump takes 'executive time,' watching TV while he eats, eats some more, calls Sean Hannity, eats some more, picks pieces of food from between his teeth and flicks them at the walls, calls to Melania or anyone within earshot of his bedroom in the WH residence, "Hey, check THIS one out!" and lets death gas rip out of his butt hole, and eats some more.

"I am having trouble putting food on the table and paying the rent," he said."

So are many of the people who receive food stamps, and were left behind when Obama expanded Medicaid just out of meanness by Rick the ----- Scott. Mr. Stone had no sympathy for them and I have none for him now. I hope he goes to prison.

Send Roger a big back of "I don't give a ----"

This piece of ---- orchestrated the partisan hit on Al Franken's senate career because Al had the audacity to expose Jeff Sessions lies about Russian meetings during his confirmation.

It is fooking ironic that Sessions had to recuse himself because of it, which lead to Rosenstein hiring Mueller and led to Stone facing life in prison.

Here's a big fooking karma sandwich for you to munch on you traitorous ass nugget.

I love it when righties expect sympathy for a life status that they deride as "a choice" when others find themselves in it.

They really are better followers of Ayn Rand than they are Jesus.

I know a place where Roger can get free food and clothing. All he has to do is open his mouth. Just a little. One small peep, posting, tweet or uploaded photo will do it. Just one...

"In a 2008 New Yorker profile, Stone explained one of his "rules" to Jeffrey Toobin, who is also CNN's chief legal analyst.

"Attack, attack, attack -- never defend," he said. "Admit nothing, deny everything, launch counterattack."

Considering the sort of criminals a judge (even a federal judge) sees on a daily basis, Jackson was probably stifling laughter when this ------- goon claimed to be poor.

"his business as a public commentator and consultant, which once earned him $47,000 a month"

Lots of money he never deserved. He basically won the lottery for being a complete jerk.

If he didn't blow his cash on the Nixon tattoo, ridiculous toupee's and the Lock Her Up tee-shirts, he'd at least have a few bucks for some dignity.

That's a more money than the average American makes in a year. Sounds like Rodger still has caviar taste but is being reduced to a spam pocketbook. I certainly don't feel sorry for him. I guess it's time for him to open his mouth again and start adjusting jailhouse cuisine and accommodations...

Uber creepy.

I sincerely doubt he is broke. Guys like Stone have secret stashes of cash they squirrel away in case such an "emergency" happens. It's the mobster way and his is a politcal mobster.

All the world is a stage to Stone ~ even a federal courtroom.

He deserves nothing ~ not even a modicum of sympathy. He's damn lucky the judge didn't slap cuffs on him right there on the spot. I wish she had. He needs to see how dandy-dans like him get treated when the cell doors slam behind him and the lights go out. He's gonna need the practice.

Stone only made that claim so that he could ask the judge to allow him to continue to publicly solicit donations, from Trump's hard-core base (many of whom '--------------------' themselves) for his 'defense fund'.

Aww is Stone sad to discover the world isn't on big liberal arts college campus where can squeal whatever you want?

Here in the real world we eat too much, we take our spoiled lives for granted we feel a little bad about it sometimes, but there are also very real consequences for those who go to far.
