Fifty-six percent to 33 percent, more say they trust Mueller's version of the facts than Trump's. And by nearly as wide a margin, more believe Mueller is mainly interested in "finding out the truth" than trying to "hurt Trump politically."

Mueller Viewed As Far More Credible Than Pathological Liar

True story.

Know what else is true?

Mueller has a 100% conviction record.

I heard Mueller compared to Elliot Ness this morning.

Prisons are full of people put there by DA's with 100% conviction rates. DNA has exonerated a number of these 'criminals'. Recantations of witnesses that have lied has freed others.

We may yet prove it wasn't Trump who came on those $100 bills.

Some time soon, federal authorities will begin selling off what's left of Paul Manafort's life, a small fortune amassed through a decade of illicit lobbying work. When they do, the investigation into Russian election interference stands to breach an unusual milestone: bringing in more money than it has cost.

At the very least, Mueller can show the bloated child rapist how to avoid bankruptcy.

I hate to be the one to put the anthrax in the envelope, but Mueller doesn't exactly have the greatest track record.

However, I do like the narrative shift away from "according to a source, Orange man colluded" to "muh feelings." This thing is going down in a flaming heap, all because the DNC just had to keep John Pedodesta around.

Are you aware of trump's?

Have your propaganda channels informed you about how he said he got a 1 million dollar loan from his dad, but he actually got 400 million in bailouts for his failing businesses, and cheated on his taxes - defrauding YOU?

Are you aware he paid 25 million because his university was ruled to be a scam?

Are you aware he didn't even write art of the deal?

Did you know he cheated on his wife, who was nursing his new baby, with a pornstar and didn't wear a condom?

Did you know he's been getting money from russia since the 80s?

Are you aware that his charity was a scam, and his inauguration committee cant account for all the money it raised?

This is the guy you've chosen to trust over mueller. Makes you look like an utter moron.

Mueller is a thousand times more scary and clever as an attorney (in a good way).

Ness was good. Mueller is terrifying if you are a Defendant.

Investigators always leak all their evidence to the public before they finish their investigation don't they?

Mueller is not looking for evidence of "collusion" because "collusion" is not a crime (good job by Trump moving the goalposts). Besides, Trump has provided evidence of collusion in public ("I got rid of Comey, so the pressure is off", "Russia, if you're listening", etc.). What Mueller is looking for (and probably already has) is evidence of conspiracy, which is a crime. He has already indicted multiple people with "conspiracy to defraud the United States". All he has to do for any other defendants is to show a single act in furtherance of the conspiracy. He's not showing his cards because, according to DOJ "rules", POTUS can't be indicted. But he can be (like Nixon was) named by a grand jury as an "unindicted co-conspirator". That won't get him a conviction in court, but it is definitely grounds for impeachment, which is a political process and the one provided in the Constitution for dealing with an out-of-control POTUS. Abuse of power is not a "crime", it is a "High Crime" and it is definitely impeachable (ask Bill Clinton).

The purpose of the special counsel investigation was to investigate Russia's interference and to find links or coordination between Trump's campaign and the Russian government. Exposing Manafort's side hustle was a matter that arose as a result of the investigation, but it was never the purpose of the investigation.

I know there's a real attempt to revise history here, but we know nobody in Trump's campaign thought Trump would win except Bannon. They were trying to leverage their positions to make money because they assumed they were going to lose and got caught.

Of course he is. If you limited the scope for the actual reason for the investigation, this fiasco would have been over more than a year ago. That was the entire point of the third reason for the special counsel investigation: extend for as long as possible. Russian collusion was always a red herring.
