China's Foreign Ministry issued a travel advisory for Canada Tuesday afternoon, warning Chinese nationals to "fully evaluate the risks" of traveling there. Citing the "arbitrary detention" of a Chinese national in Canada at the request of a "third-party country," the US, the Foreign Ministry published the warning on one of its official WeChat accounts following Canada's warning about China to its own travelers hours earlier.

Canadian travel agents have also become very reluctant to book tickets to Chinese allies like Pakistan.....yes there is a danger Canadians can be picked up and sent to China... Pakistan has NEVER refused a Chinese request for the last 70 years.

My Canadian cousins were refused travel to Pakistan a day ago. They will now go to some third country (will most likely land on MY head.. they called last night) and then go onwards.

Canada ... fighting for Trumpistan when Trump hates them.... is now in panic mode and is reacting to imaginary shadows.

The pity is Canada never had any enemies... everyone considered it a friend. WTF happened? Trudeau must be a special kind of stupid... and I used to think the guy was awesome.

A court in the northeastern Chinese city of Dalian announced the death penalty for Canadian Robert Lloyd Schellenberg, convicted of drug trafficking, in what is seen as a major escalation of a diplomatic row between Beijing and Ottawa. The Sino-Canada faceoff started with Canada's arrest of Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou on the request of the United States. China since detained two Canadians last month on suspicion of endangering national security.

BTW, The appropriate video provided for your entertainment is Chinese Pakistani. LOL

It indeed is a "New World".

Well Canada arrested Huawei Princess so the warning is justified.

Haha...Oh no!!! I'm in Canada!! My life is in danger!!

Said no one ever.

Honestly, this whole situation wouldn't be a laughing matter had China not done almost the EXACT same thing to us a year or two ago with one of our people. This is just more posturing between two childish entities throwing temper tantrums.

I heard that Canada has put close to a half million Chinese relations along the west coast as a human shield against invasion.

Well maybe not...

The Highway of Tears is a series of murders and disappearances along a 720-kilometre (450 mi) corridor of Highway 16 between Prince George and Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada, from 1970 until present. There are a disproportionately high number of Indigenous women in the list of Highway of Tears victims.

Amusing. Canada has been trying to discourage Chinese investors from buying property for a few years.

The Chinese diplomats are flailing. I don't see how this helps Huawei sell 5G gear in Canada.
