Department of Homeland Security testing of a steel slat prototype barrier proved it could be cut through with a saw, according to a report by DHS. Testing by DHS in late 2017 showed all eight wall prototypes, including the steel slats, were vulnerable to breaching, according to an internal February 2018 U.S. Customs and Border Protection report.

But who would carry a saw and dare cut through a steel barrier at the border? Probably a bunch of folks trying to get OUT of the US...

And the sensors on the wall will not warn the DHS that someone is cutting there, DUMB.
