The Department of Justice submitted an unusual court filing in litigation over the release of the Carter Page FISA, arguing that the president's statements on Twitter concerning the Page FISA should not be assumed to be accurate or based on the president's personal knowledge of the underlying issue.

I've mentioned this before. My local Republican Congressman's office state that they just ignore Trump's tweets. Then, or course, they support every policy the tweets advance. My local Congressman has a 75% approval rating from the John Birch Society.

@#1 ... My local Republican Congressman's office state that they just ignore Trump's tweets. ...

Interesting.

The White House has stated that the tweets are the official statements of the President of the United States.

The trump's best defense in russiagate is that he lies too much to be put under oath.

Welcome to the modern GOP.

Bringing a whole new meaning the term Two-Faced.

I still cannot understand how it is that so many Republicans still support Trump. It makes no earthly sense.

It makes perfect sense as soon as you accept this simple fact:

Repubs have been thoroughly brainwashed by billionaires to oppose democrats in every situation no matter what.

This is their highest priority in every situation.

If they have to support a lying racist russian puppet to upset liberals, that's what they'll do.

Trump does not have a clue how to manage a Government.

But, don't underestimate his ability to disable it.

Speaking of tweets, I wonder why Pres Trump has not tweeted about this...

There's a major election fraud case unfolding in North Carolina
www.axios.com

...The first major election fraud case in a long time is unfolding in North Carolina, but it's far different than the threat hyped up by Republicans, and threatens to force a new election....

This is different than Republican warnings about voter fraud, which baselessly claim voters are being illegally brought to the polls to vote multiple times or in places they don't reside....

President Trump -- who spent years baselessly claiming Democrats were behind massive voter fraud and created a voter fraud task force at the White House -- has yet to comment on North Carolina....

Anyone who takes Humpy literally for ANYTHING is a fool. Humpy lies like a rug.

I now assume he is lying until proved otherwise by several reliable sources.

And even then I would be very suspicious as to why he suddenly told the truth.

DONNER

"And even then I would be very suspicious as to why he suddenly told the truth."

I'm trying to think of a time when that ever happened. If it did, it wasn't about anything important. Trump is the type who would rather lie when it's easier to tell the truth so I don't believe anything he says. No far, he's batting zero and I'm batting 1000.

It truly is a shame and a disappointment that this actually has to be said. It also shows the sorry state of the average American person.

But in all reality, the only people who take any Twitter comments seriously are those who want to hate the person posting them or have some ulterior motive than just keeping up with the person. In this case, it's just people who want to spread hate via partisan politics.

Or maybe were fired via Twitter or personally threatened or demeaned insulted or slandered via twitter, or department heads trying to interpret Trumps policy from what is legal or illegal.

What's sad is that the American people can't trust ANYTHING the President says.

What's pathetic is you giving Trump a pass on his lying.
