New York Democrat Jerry Nadler, the incoming chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, said Sunday that new revelations from one of President Trump's allies amount to proof that Russia had "leverage" over Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Candidate Trump was lying to the American public. Russia knew he was lying to the American public.

Cohen's Plea Suggests Russians Held ‘Kompromat' on Trump
www.bloomberg.com

...Thursday's dramatic turn of events is problematic for Trump because it suggests the Kremlin knew something that people around Trump were working hard to hold close -- that Trump was moving forward with a Moscow business deal at the same time he was deep in the race for the U.S. presidency.

Any undisclosed foreign arrangements would raise red flags about candidates for national office, making them vulnerable to blackmail by others privy to those secrets. Russians call such nuggets of damaging information "kompromat," a concept that's become familiar enough to enter the international lexicon....

One only has to look at the video of Pres Trump and Pres Putin leaving the meeting room in Helsinki to see that Pres Putin has something over Pres Trump. In the image below, Pres Trump looks like the little boy who just got the riot act read to him, while Pres Putin has asmug "he's my bitch" look on his face.

That snapshot looks more like Trump is trying as hard as he can to not "let one fly."

I'm more interested in the video of the knowing looks that were exchanged between Putin and the Saudi Prince at the G20 which said "he's OUR bitch."

Both of these men have something Trump wants very much. So the question is ~ how much is it going to cost America?

Oh Boy ANOTHER smoking gun! LOL. Oh no the Trump development business had access to Russian money, that means Putin has leverage over him. News flash for you dopes, we have developers around this sleepy little state that have access to Rusian money just like Chinese money and German money and Saudi money. If a deal looks good everyone wants to invest in it, no different than we have Americans who would and do invest in Russian projects. God you people are stupid, and these stories get written because you idiots belive them.

When the negotiations are taking place during the campaign while Trump is lying his ass of over it? Yes, of course there's leverage.

God you people are stupid, and these stories get written because you idiots believe them.

"If a deal looks good everyone wants to invest in it"

None of Trump's deals look good.

American banks won't invest in them.

That's why he needs Russian mob money.

If you weren't living below the poverty line you might understand these concepts better.

Read this, it's ok, it's from the Washington Post. It will explain his financing and reasons he bought a lot with cash. Just to help you out, banks loan money based on what they value the real estate and based on the borrower putting up 10,20,30,40% of the value. Read it and learn something before you embarrass yourself again. Your posts are really stupid.

Perhaps you should find something a little more contemporary, say, October 2018:

But an investigation by The New York Times has revealed that Donald Trump received the equivalent today of at least $413 million from his father's real estate empire. What's more, much of this money came to Mr. Trump through dubious tax schemes he participated in during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud, The Times found.

In all, the president's parents transferred well over $1 billion in wealth to their children, which could have produced a tax bill of at least $550 million under the 55 percent tax rate on gifts and inheritances that was in place at the time. Helped by a variety of tax dodges, the Trumps paid $52.2 million, or about 5 percent, tax returns show.
