Florida's infamous hanging chads are gone. But disputes over voter intent haven't gone away as Florida braces for a nationally watched manual recount in the U.S. Senate race between Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson and Republican Gov. Rick Scott.

Bill Nelson filed suit against Bay County and the S.O.E. Mark Anderson today. If anyone ever needed proof of his senility and that his time has come to retire, this is it.

He might as well frame that photo op he did after hurricane Michael. They will never let him near Bay County again.

WTF is that supposed to mean? He's supposed to let it go because y'all don't want to count the votes?

#2 Mark Anderson recounted the votes as ordered. Nelson has become desperate and is pulling ---- out of his hat. The Panhandle and most of the central time zone there is republican. Most of them are still living the nightmare Michael left. Nelson does not care about them. They will remember that and this stunt.

Real simple. These here ballots are from the voters, the ones with (R) can be thrown out. The (D)'s we can keep and add this other pile that we just created, I mean, found, to them. Our intent is to steal the election.

I'm not a Bill Nelson fan, based on what little I know. But I am personally acquainted with Rick Scott because of my connections to Humana/Columbia/HCA, which Scott once "led" and nearly ruined before leaving town under a cloud. What a piece of ----- he is. So I'd take Nelson over Scott any day.

From Wikipedia...
In settlements reached in 2000 and 2002, Columbia/HCA pleaded guilty to 14 felonies and agreed to a $600+ million fine in what was at the time the largest health care fraud settlement in American history. Columbia/HCA admitted systematically overcharging the government by claiming marketing costs as reimbursable, by striking illegal deals with home care agencies, and by filing false data about use of hospital space. They also admitted fraudulently billing Medicare and other health programs by inflating the seriousness of diagnoses and to giving doctors partnerships in company hospitals as a kickback for the doctors referring patients to HCA. They filed false cost reports, fraudulently billing Medicare for home health care workers, and paid kickbacks in the sale of home health agencies and to doctors to refer patients. In addition, they gave doctors "loans" never intending to be repaid, free rent, free office furniture, and free drugs from hospital pharmacies.

Knowing what a scumbag Scott is, I am not impressed by his ability to discern cheating and corruption.

"Columbia/HCA pleaded guilty to 14 felonies "

They should have sent Columbia/HCA to jail for several years.
Since corporations are people and all that good stuff.

"In a manual recount, each undervote and overvote is separated from the other ballots and examined by counting teams with at least one representative from each party to determine if it contains a valid vote."

And that's the problem and why two counties are being sued. The person in charge, who is affiliated with the Dem party, didn't let anyone in to determine the "voter intent". It took the lawsuit to get rid of her results and force a fair recount. The lawsuits aren't placing blame. The lawsuits were implemented to ensure the law was being followed to a "T". I know many don't actually do research and just spout off crap they know nothing about, so I figured I needed to drop some knowledge to set right what those spreading hate via partisan politics are trying to do.

Why is it the same 2 counties if FL are the problem year after year? It has been going on since 2000.

Snipes it's because Republicans cheat rather than admit they're going the way of the wigs.

1. Voter Intent requires a hand recount. That didn't happen yet. The count has been done by machine only. They are filing suit to force voter intent counting.

2. And the person in charge was appointed by Governor Bush.

3. Even law enforcement has said there is no evidence of fraud.

The only thing you dropped on this site was a steamy pile of --------. Go someplace where your fellow morons will believe anything, like Breitbart or Infowars.
