Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Monday, November 05, 2018

NBC and Fox News said in separate statements on Monday that their networks will no longer air the Trump campaign's racist anti-immigrant advertisement. NBC was first to announce the change, doing so after a backlash over its decision to show the 30-second spot during "Sunday Night Football," one of the highest rated programs on television.

Racism is all they have. The reason TYrumplethinskin can't talk about the economy is he still can't take credit for it... that tax break didn't do the working class any favors and dramatically increased the deficit.

It would have been nice had the embedded article provided a link to the ad so we can see for ourselves.

Guess you'll have to go back to watching your own collection of racist propaganda videos.

#8 I hope that was a joke. Obviously if networks are pulling the ad they aren't going to publish it on their website.

Immigrants are of every race. Are you saying that the ad was racist against the 6 US acknowledged races: White American, Black or African American, American Indian and Alaska Native, Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander?

Well they OBVIOUSLY were not racist against White Americans (that's a race?). It wasn't African-American (that's a race?) And it wasn't any of the others.

Where did you get your "6 US acknowledged races". Some say there are only 4,
~ Caucasoid
~ Mongoloid
~ Negroid
~ Australoid

It obviously depends on which definition you want to accept.

I personally do not believe there is more than one Race... The Human Race. But, some humans like to divide us against each other into sub categories and subcultures.

Race in the sense in which white supremacists think of it does not exist. There is no scientific measure by which "white people" are a race - ethnic white Europeans are just the north-western end of a group called variously Aryans, Caucasians, Indo-Europeans or Eurasians, which also encompasses North Africans, most Middle Eastern groups, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans. Burmans, Rohingya and Romanies. And "black people" encompasses an enormously diverse group. Although most ethnic Africans tend to have darkish skins, flattish noses and in many cases very frizzy hair, in other respects the differences between different African groups in terms of things like height and build and facial shape are huge, and it makes no sense to think of them as a monoblock, except in the anthropological sense of having a few markers which indicate that they, or their ancestors, came from Africa.

So the ad was racist against the immigrants. Whatever "race" you want to call them today.

Congratulation on proving that the ad wasn't racist. Sorry I had to lead you thought that.

Yeah it wasn't racist. It was a hysterical fantasy meant to scare racists into voting for repubs.

Semantics.
