Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

More than 4.3 million Americans have already cast their ballots in the midterm elections, and early signs point to a huge increase in turnout from the last midterm elections in 2014, when overall voter participation hit a 70-year low. ... Already, more than 800,000 Florida residents have voted in competitive races for governor and a U.S. Senate seat. Nearly half a million Californians have cast their ballot. So have more than 200,000 people in Tennessee and Arizona. More than 100,000 ballots have been submitted in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Hopefully those early votes are from a simmering silent majority who have been disgusted with Trump's traitorous hate for America for the past two years.

I wish I found hope with the early voting turnout but experience has taught us that Republicans can and will steal election regardless of voter turnout. Republicans will not ever give up power willingly. Too much money and power involved.

Early and often

I've already voted 2 or 3 times. Got one more to do. Going down to register the caravan riders next.

Thx for the reminder! 👹

Remember when the vote was rigged?

Until they won. Then it wasn't.

Remember when the vote was rigged?

You mean back when donald wouldn't say if he would accept the results of the election if he lost?

It seems like decades ago...

Mr Trump has questioned the legitimacy of the election process in a series of tweets, the latest of which said on Monday: "Of course there is large scale voter fraud happening on and before election day.

"Why do Republican leaders deny what is going on? So naive!"
An earlier tweet said: "The election is absolutely being rigged by the dishonest and distorted media pushing Crooked Hillary - but also at many polling places - SAD."

The White House candidate also tweeted: "Election is being rigged by the media, in a coordinated effort with the Clinton campaign, by putting stories that never happened into news!"

You don't have to go back that far, Donner. He's at it again right now, planting the seeds of doubt in case his party takes a beating. This is from earlier this evening:

All levels of government and Law Enforcement are watching carefully for VOTER FRAUD, including during EARLY VOTING. Cheat at your own peril. Violators will be subject to maximum penalties, both civil and criminal!

Can you imagine any other president preemptively questioning the legitimacy of America's election process?

I am old enough. "Charlie Trie". Look him up.

And Republicans have tossed half of them in the name of Democracy!
