Trump's polls are really at 37 per cent so I predict the Democrats win 80 seats.

#3 | Posted by Zed at 2018-09-15 07:12 AM | Reply

Sixty or eighty seats, or even just twenty five, the result will be a kick to Trump's gut he won't handle well at all.

Well, of course he does...gotta whip up the base.

There are two lines on a graph. One is Trump's cowardice and the other is his desperation.

Cowardice higher, no big deal maybe. Donald goes out with a winter.

Desperation higher, then a crisis not matched since October, 1962.

Here you go, Zed - www.huffingtonpost.com

I challenge you to find a liberal policy platform in this article.

The entire speech is simply, "Trump bad". The dems and media have bamboozled you; they have no policy, no way forward, no way to pay for anything.

The message is just "vote for us, because Trump". It's a failure of the corporate shills who are completely out of ideas.

Drudge is trying to push Republicans into voting. Scare tactic. Like a few weeks ago when the NRA said they were going bankrupt. They weren't, they just wanted to scare idiot Republicans into sending them money.

Feel free to quote me saying that "the trump administration is okay", dummy.
What I have said - over and over - is that this nonsensical hair-on-fire hysteria is not a platform of policies that better middle class Americans and the working class poor.

It's political drama and theatre in it's entirety. It's going to backfire. It won't werk. It's all hardcore Corky porn.

Bring me liberal policy that Americans want and need, with the plan to pay for it, and I'll show you overfilled liberal voting booths.
Dem leaders have zero ideas, failed leadership, and no way forward other than screaming into the microphone.

The only place Dem's won't be massacred in Nov is the goofy coast cesspools littered with human feces and syringes.

Drudge is trying to push Republicans into voting. Scare tactic.

This, this, and more this.

It's the same as when all the polls showed Hillary winning the general.

It motivated Republicans to go vote for Trump.

Likewise, it gave Democrats an excuse not to go vote.

Idiot sheep "thinks" we are all running for Congress around here. What a maroon!

Actual people running for Congress are focusing not on Trump, but on local issues and the top national issue, healthcare:

The media are telling the truth about Trump, as are we, and Trumplesheepskin can't handle the truth. All he has is twice now on this thread associating my handle with "porn".

Which is just the kind of guy he is.

Republicans negated their credibility to demand Dems express methods of payment for anything (e.g., Medicare for all) once Trump passed despicable tax cuts.

Maybe, maybe not.

So far we have been right about our worst fears.

And it seems just when you think I can't get any worse. It does. (See Trump Go! See Trump MAGA! See Trump Caging Children!)

I seem to remember you saying it was Ridiculous and Hilarious and that we had all gone Crazy if we thought the Russians could influence our elections.

And the possibility that our President was siding with the Russians... Preposterous!

Then came Helsinki. And then Humpy colluded with Putin in front of the whole world!

And soon, Manafort who was present at the now infamous Trump Tower Meeting, will spill his guts.

Better stock up on gas Comrade... you have a lot of gaslighting to do between now and November.

#31 | Posted by donnerboy at 2018-09-16 01:14 PM | Reply

The result we have now is that none of the three branches of the Federal Government at this time represents the majority of the American people.

1. Trump did not win a majority of those who voted
2. Those who voted were only 56% of eligible voters (Trump actually won ~27% of eligible voters
3. Approximately 18% of voters control a majority of votes in the Senate
4. More voters voted for Democratic Congressional candidates than for Republicans
5. Although the majority of Americans are Protestants, only Jews and Catholics are seated on the Supreme Court

Though I know Republicans don't like "democracy", and constantly remind us that the US is not one, we are supposed to be a "representative republic". I'm not seeing where the majority is represented in our government.
