Burt Reynolds died of a heart attack Thursday morning at a hospital in Florida, according to multiple reports. Reynold was 82. Burt was transported a Florida hospital after going into cardiac arrest. His family was by his side when he passed. Reynolds had heart problems for years -- he underwent major heart surgery in February 2010.

My thought was he was ONLY 82? He's been in rough shape for years. I would have thought 92 after seeing him at an auction last winter.

Burt was the only guy who ever really got even with the tabloids.

Man personally used his helicopter to dump a massive amount of horse crap on the national enquirer's christmas tree.

And he did this in defense of sally fields reputation.

Im already missing him.

RIP Jerk. He was a person, not an image on a screen. He had high points and plenty of lows. Those who knew him best hated him.
