Sarah Palin says Sacha Baron Cohen "duped" her in an interview by posing as a wounded military veteran for a new satirical comedy series. Palin wrote on Facebook: "Yup - we were duped. Ya' got me, Sacha. Feel better? I join a long list of American public personalities who have fallen victim to the evil, exploitive, sick 'humour' of the British 'comedian' Sacha Baron Cohen. He had heavily disguised himself as a disabled US Veteran, fake wheelchair and all. Out of respect for what I was led to believe would be a thoughtful discussion with someone who had served in uniform, I sat through a long 'interview' full of Hollywoodism's disrespect and sarcasm - but finally had enough and literally, physically removed my mic and walked out, much to Cohen's chagrin. Mock politicians and innocent public personalities all you want, if that lets you sleep at night, but HOW DARE YOU mock those who have fought and served our country. Truly sick."

The Borat star has been secretly filming for a new satirical comedy series that will air on TV next week.

It was revealed on Monday the show - titled Who is America? - would explore "diverse individuals" in the US "across the political and cultural spectrum".

Last week, the comedian teased his comeback with a preview clip showing former US vice president Dick Cheney apparently agreeing to autograph a "waterboard kit" - in reality a plastic water jug.

Who is America? will premiere on Showtime in the US on Sunday and the network has promised it will show the comedian and actor "as you've never seen him before".

The series will begin in the UK on Monday on Channel 4 at 22:00 BST.

Come on Sasha. Palin is very very low hanging fruit.

Yep. Fooling Palin is even easier than making DOTARD shoot another pee tape.

Sarah Palin duped her own daughter with abstinence-only education.

And now her duped, pregnant out of wedlock teen mom Bristol is out there duping other dupes with it.

Too bad Sarah doesn't feel stupid about what she did to her own kid, and how her own kid is passing on the abuse.

There's a reason all the "BUY GOLD!" ads are on fox news. Republicanism relies on really gullible people. Stupid people are gullible people.

If he really did act like a disabled vet to score the interview that's over the line for me.

Palin is dumb enough to dupe without stooping that low.

I believe it was Steve Schmidt (McCain campaign) who opined . . . "the most dangerous place to stand [on the campaign trail] was between Sarah Palin and a klieg night."

This is no big feat. Sarah is dumber than a bag of hammers (aka your average Trump supporter).

Alternate headline: "Sarah Palin Still Desperate for Attention."

She's doing some great publicity. I didn't realize Sacha Baton Cohen had a new TV series.

Good for them both.

Still trying!

Short series on Showtime. I'll have to add it to my collection of his works. Hilarious stuff.

Never liked Borat. Ali G was funny though.

Ali G Indahouse is a stupid movie, but the scene where he wins the debate is probably more relevant now than ever.

If you haven't seen it, his stupid character gets trounced in a debate, and responds with "Oh yeah, well you sucked off a horse".

Of course palin left the interview, she's a quitter.

Borat was hit and miss.

Overall, I enjoyed it.

Sarah Palin says Sacha Baron Cohen "duped" her... Where is the challenge in that?

I'm assuming she berated him and treated him like pure ----, the way republicans treat all veterans.

It began with the Ali G Show on HBO, which featured Ali G, Borat, and Bruno characters. Ali G did the sit down interviews. It's still hilarious to this day. The movie was crap, but has funny parts.
