Special Counsel Robert Mueller asked a federal judge Tuesday to reject the four-decade-old speedy trial law in the case against 13 Russians and three Russian companies and has asked for an indefinite delay to the Russian collusion trial. It is the second time Mueller tried to delay the trial. Judge Dabney L. Friedrich, a Trump appointee, rejected the earlier request without comment and ordered the case to go forward. I think it is clever ploy by whoever hired these lawyers to represent the indicted. Full access to Mueller's evidence in discovery of what he has for the Russia collusion investigation will surely result in that evidence leaked. We may finally get to see some evidence of criminal activity soon. I'm looking forward with antici

I can't find any of the main stream news organizations reporting on this.

Sucks when the Daily Caller is the most major media reporting agency on a subject.

oh brother... yes! we must drag this out for every possible inch.

this is nothing but a distraction. and when this is finally not resolved and just left open

ended the next attack on the Don will ensue. But the Don is pro Israel to the teeth. Kushner is long time friends with Bibi.

Mueller and his team royally stepped in it with the Russian indictments.

They wanted their headlines and never thought they'd have to litigate their case.

Now that they do, they are in hot water.
