More than a dozen Democratic senators called publicly Wednesday for reinstating net neutrality protections, and moved to force a vote on the proposal. The issue galvanizes Democrats and is poised to pass the Senate, but it faces an uphill battle in the House and would likely be vetoed by President Donald Trump if it somehow gets to his desk. So very typical of the tyrrannical DEMONrats! Nothing of their serf agenda can be accomplished through fair and true elections, so they MUST force their agenda on the public. But some of us know they are so full of it, it's coming out of their ears. And many of the filthiest ones are even accompanied by an unbearable STENCH...

Good. Keep up the work. This issue is the sort that is a clear winner for Dems--showing Americans results of The Dotard's policies. Whether net neutrality exists or not, the obvious evolution of the Internet as entertainment is going to be just like cable. There will be sites that are part of packages that you order from a company. There is no way of getting around it other than ensuring there is a web that can be used by the people and for the people and another that can be used for corporate purposes. Fighting net neutrality isn't going to change that.

That makes no sense. There is a lot more to the Internet than just websites. Even if you can't buy a website package, with net neutrality you could still network with people online. Without net neutrality, you will be blocked from doing so.

Both sides are villains, but I'm against whichever side of this issue Comcast/Time Warner/Spectrum is on.

*GASP* Is our government actually seeking to create legislation in lieu of just utilizing the administrative state with next-to-zero accountability? Oh, the horrors!
