The National Rifle Association's Political Victory Fund raised $2.4 million from March 1 to March 31, the group's first full month of political fundraising since the nation's deadliest high school shooting on Valentine's Day, according to filings submitted to the Federal Elections Commission. The total is $1.5 million more than the organization raised during the same time period in 2017, when it took in $884,000 in donations, and $1.6 million more than it raised in February 2018.

These people are afraid that gun use will get their gun rights taken from them. Funny in a sad way.

NRA nutjobs think school shootings are false flag attacks by the gov so they can take our guns.

A more plausible conspiracy would be they are false flag attacks by the NRA to increase profits.

In recent years, the American Political Left has adopted this ghoulish pattern of quickly politicizing violent tragedy--even before the bodies stop twitching.

It's disgusting, really. But when your ends include stripping people of their civil rights, I guess you have to play dirty.

The NRA doesn't exist in a vacuum---and neither do the citizens who fund it.

When gun owners hear "We aren't coming for your guns" and then list all semi-autos, all mags over 5 rounds, all.... Well, pretty much 90% of everyone's gun closet - gun owners figure they need to prepare for the worst and send in money.

There is a possibility for discussions, because I do get the need for it, but it falls flat right around the time non-gun owners start making lists of technology they have little or no functional knowledge of.

Yeah, the NRA spends plenty of time shooting itself in the foot with winners like Nugent and Loech, but the left trips on itself in the speed to name so many things that the conversation is over before it began - all while claiming they are not.

Sending in money when the fight cycle is predictably beginning is no surprise to me.

Well said

I always consider my contributions to the NRA as money well spent.

Their ends include SAVING LIVES. The NRA's ends are MAKING MONEY.

The NRA is a nonprofit civil rights organization.

And no other organization in the country does a better job of defending one's rights under the 2nd Amendment.

"The NRA is a nonprofit civil rights organization."

It exists to sell guns.

TK421 why aren't you at your post?

It's been a LONG time since I've seen you post here. So long that most people on this site don't recognize your handle.

Welcome back.

Since a cesspool is by definition not a vacuum, this is correct.

No, I'm pretty sure it's a nonprofit civil rights organization.

I can assure you the impotent, autistic screeching of our gun-grabbing friends in the political environment of the last 30 years has sold far more guns than the NRA.

And you're not even getting commission, silly.

--Never let a good massacre go to waste.

Has more to do with the assault on the 2nd amendment by serious people like Justice Stevens to that uneducated 17 year-old publicity hound, Baby Face Dave, who has used up 14 minutes of his 15 minutes of fame. Of course he snagged a book deal, so he might get another minute or two. Wonder who will write it.

Again with the dick stuff.
Gun reform = impotence, so real men with hard dicks want more guns.

What exactly is wrong with your dick? Maybe its time to see a urologist.

#21 impotence doesn't necessarily refer to a dick.

Interestingly that's where your mind went first...

WRONG!

The NRA is a terrorist group.

But you ---------- snowflake's that suffer from tiny manhood syndrome keep supporting them because they give your otherwise worthless life meaning in your eyes.... but no one else's.

You are likely safe in your mom's basement, stay there.
