Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

A federal judge considering how to handle documents seized in an FBI raid of President Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, ended a lengthy hearing Monday without making a final decision. However, Judge Kimba Wood ordered prosecutors to catalogue the seized material and load it into a searchable database and then share it with defense attorneys. Prosecutors were told not to review the contents of the material at this time, but they could do a search of keywords to determine in part the volume of material. They said they could begin to make some material available within days

Review seized materials YET is more accurate.

The FBI in reviewing the files also uses buffer researchers who don't share documents which are attorney-client privilege barred and without exception.

Cohen is just using a braking maneuver to slow down the investigation. They will review the material together but so what? Any illegal activity that is discovered (and you can bet there will be) will not be protected. The search warrant is valid obviously or Cohen would be going after that. The clock is ticking and Humpy's time is running out.

The Dotard has a big problem, i.e., his big mouth. Hassling a Federal DA or making rude comments about a Federal Judge can be construed as threatening a government official, and typically is a felony. Sending such threats to millions of readers, or having those threats broadcast on the TV doesn't help...

Isn't the, "Mule" is the really potus? Or...maybe it's the judge. It surely can't be Trump.

I'd suggest Comey's book. It's the story of an FBI agent that thinks his is job to decide who worthy to be president and use FBI resources to act on that decision.

Comey was the source that Trump's pant legs are the size of a toddlers head.

You fail to mention he is a Republican and did serious damage to Clinton's campaign rather than Trump's. In fact, Nate Silver, the polling aggregator who predicted a strong chance of a Trump win, said that's what caused Clinton to lose likely.

Comey has clearly stated he does not want to see the President impeached.

Why are you so afraid of someone who was clearly standing up for law and order?

NPR book reviewer comment as far as the biggest take from the book:

"Comey et al went to the WH the day before the inauguration and briefed Trump and team on Russian election interference. Trump et al were ONLY concerned about the political optics and the best way to spin them, with no concern at all for the fact that it had happened and would happen again.

That's when he turned off on Trump."

Because if Law and Order wins, we lose Trump and half the Republican Party.

"Because if Law and Order wins, we lose Trump and half the Republican Party."

Isn't that kind of the point of this whole thing? Be impeached . . . or resign?

Or sometimes called Death By A Thousand Papercuts.

Not to change the subject but has anybody noticed that Kushner and Junior have gone missing in this whole drama? There's been nary a peep out of them lately.
